Came in to upgrade my wife's ring. It was a wedding set and the band was lost. Was told by multiple other Zales stores that they would just subtract the amount of the band from the resale value, but not here!! The manager would not let us trade it in at all without the band and would not try to come up with alternative either!!! Is this how you treat returning customers? Will not be returning to this location
