The staff here did a wonderful job with our custom engagement ring. José in particular did a wonderful job of keeping us informed throughout the process and working within our budget which was pretty limited considering the work we had done.

So it was an emergency. My friend's ring stuck in her swollen finger. We happened to be living just across the building. I called to make sure they are still open, as it was already 05.05 PM. Google said they are open up to 09.00 PM, but when I was informed they are open only up to 05.30 PM. We went there to Constitution Building and have the ring cut by Scott Thompson (CMIIW) in no time. In and out in less than 5 minutes; problem solved; crisis averted. I suggested my friend to have the ring repaired there once the swollen has gone. Totally the best service ever!!!

Sarah Walsh creates beautiful pearl jewellery, there is no question about that! The surprise for me, was that she is just a lovely as her jewellery is! I reached out to Sarah through email about 1 month before my wedding. I had initially purchased a beautiful Sarah Walsh hair piece and earrings at Renewed With Love Bridal and decided last minute that I wanted to add a pearl bracelet and necklace to my wedding look. Sarah no only ensured that the items were shipped out right away, she was kind enough to offer some suggestions on matching items and even took a look at photos of my dress to provide an opinion on whether a necklace was necessary. One week before the wedding, I was shopping with my mom for her wedding jewellery, and we could not find anything we liked. A quick email to Sarah and she was able to have a pearl necklace and matching earrings ready for pick up within 2 days. She really did save the day for us on both occasions. I would highly recommend her, for both the impeccable service and wonderful jewellery that she hand makes!

I wish I never heard of this guys shop. He thinks everyone that goes in there must be a crack head because the way he talks to customers is not right at all. He is rude and vile. He pretty much is a thief with a store front. This guy is only there to rip you off. Sadly this guy is give the Howard's Pawn shop name a bad rep. Go to any other Howard's pawn just stay away from this location.

Denis and Ruth were amazing to work with. My engagement ring has two very old diamonds that belonged to my grandmother, and her grandmother before that - and therefore were quite sentimental to me. The idea of sending them off for repairs stressed me out and so I was looking for someone who could do the work on site. Once I met Denis and Ruth, I knew they were the people! They discussed all options, provided me with a quote that day and had the work done the week after - under budget and in less time than they had anticipated. I highly recommend their service, design skills and industry knowledge. Thank you Denis and Ruth!

I love this little shop full of knowledge! I have brought several watches in for repair and battery replacements over the last couple of years. They are not the cheapest, nor should they be. Experience and skill cost money, and you always get what you pay for. In a time were it seems the world has given up on real quality and skill, it is refreshing to step into The Watch Clinic and see master craftsmen at work. I am saddened that so many reviewers are so hard on Vivian. She is wonderfully direct and pulls no punches. I like very direct and straight forward people, and Vivian is one of a kind.

Great people and amazing service from BT Jewellers! I had my Omega serviced by Jeff a year ago and was impressed with his expertise and the turn-around time. I also recently went in for a "watch-emergency" as my spring-bars gave up on life and decided to snap, leaving my watch bracelet-less. I was connected with their second in-house watch maker Emma and she was able to fix the issue while I waited. While waiting I browsed through their amazing collection of Tissot, Longines, FC, and estate watches. Bob Thompson's is an amazing establishment for watch enthusiasts in Ottawa, thanks to their awesome staff and owners.

Don took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.The service provided was like no other and we couldn't of asked for a better experience from Don and his team! True Bijoux offered a beautiful selection of unique rings my fiancé had been looking for. Other ‘big box’ jewellers could not match the cozy environment or sincerity of the staff. The suggestions and expertise of the staff were spot on and made it a fun adventure for us. It was personal, accurate, and sentimental. Great store.
