Horrible customer service!!!!!! My daughter was misinformed on a 2000.00 ring that they let her walk out upset and not solve the problem. Kay at Crossgates was very helpful rectifying the situation

JP is by far the best hands down jeweler in MI if not the country! He is so detailed and listened to us and made or needs his number 1 priority. I can not express how much I appreciate JP and his lovely mother Catrine for being so patient and caring. I've never had a more meaningful experience with a jewelry store. JP truly went out of his way for us and everyone at Medawar in Brighton deserves to be everyone's personal jeweler!

I was torn between two rings that my husband picked out. I went with the 1st one.

I just picked up my diamond and emerald tennis bracelet that was in for repairs and I must say that I am very impressed with the service and workmanship at JAB Jewelers! This bracelet was very special to me because it was my mother’s, who passed away in 2012. The staff was so understanding and sympathetic as I tearfully explained how attached to the bracelet I was. I was heartbroken after further assessment revealed that most of the prongs were worn or missing and eventually all of the stones would fall out. JAB helped me understand my options and worked with me to come up with a way to repair the bracelet that was within my budget. My bracelet is beautiful and I no longer have to be afraid to wear it! Thank you Joe and everyone that had a hand in giving me back a piece of my mom!

Andre did an amazing job with designing my engagement ring. He was receptive to all my ideas/designs and designed an amazing ring beyond my expectations. He works within your budget and was a true joy to work with. Before coming to Andre's, I shopped around and found people pushy/over our price range/etc. Andre gives you true customer service and he updated me every step of the way to design my ring. I was really worried about the ring - designing it and not being able to see it until it was done. He sent me rendered pictures and allowed me to see the waxing to help comfort my worries.
