Did not like this place at all

Like many of the stores at this 'outlet' mall, Francesca's isn't an outlet. So, you're not getting any special deals here. HOWEVER these are the nicest ladies!!! The staff here is incredibly friendly, and quick, and efficient. Well done!

My son went to this pandora store knowing I wanted a bracelet for Christmas , the sales people there were great , he bought a bracelet that was to small and took it back and brought the size I needed ! It’s beautiful and I will get the charms I want there! Oh my 5 year old granddaughter came to see what NaNa could have on her bracelet and picked a ginger bread Man cause he has a big heart , love her sooo much , Thanh you Pandora!

Cute boutique clothing and jewelry store. Not a ton of stock, which can be good since you'll have unique pieces, but sometimes you'll find an item you love but they won't have your size. Super friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I have both purchased several watches here. Good quality and variety of styles. Their wallets and purses are also nice.

I went to JB Robinson to have the battery of my watch replaced, I’m new in town so I don’t know a good watchmaker yet but decided to give this place a try. Terrible mistake… After ensuring me they could replace the battery they told me I should come back in 15 minutes and it will be done. After 10 minutes they called me to tell me that they replaced the battery but the watch didn’t work. This was exactly where I was afraid of. Unfortunately a lot of unprofessional jewelers damage watches while replacing the battery. I told them the watch was fine before and that I was sure they damaged it while replacing the battery. Instead of admitting their mistake they lied about it and told me the watch was already broken. There was nothing I could proof so I had to take my broken watch home. After a few months I was able to go to a real watchmaker in my previous hometown and after looking at the watch he told me that they scratched the inside of the watch while replacing the battery and that the plate on the back was put back up site down so the crown screw was bent. He had to replace the entire clockwork and luckily my watch is working again. It’s unbelievable that JB Robinson claims to be a jeweler but is too stupid to replace a battery. It’s one thing to make a mistake, they happen everywhere, but lying about it instead of making things right is the difference between a lousy and a professional company.

I only come for the cheap earrings, which are nice, I would recommend this place if you would like to buy earrings at a low price.

Every time I visit Lewis Jewelers, whether it's to purchase an item or to have a watch or a piece of jewelry repaired, I'm met with friendly, helpful staff who never make me feel as if my request is too small. They are helpful, but not pushy. The experience is always exceptional.
