When in to inquire about a five stone ring I had purchased out of town. Was very honest and helpful. Suggested I contact the out of town jewler about the stone that had fallen out. Said if that jewler would't help me, he could put the diamonds in a different ring since I don't think the single shared prong is very secure after the stone fell out. Very pleased with the price they quoted to do that. He and his wife were very friendly and not pushy at all. Cleaned my ring. Showed me my engagement diamond under a microscope. Will be taking my jewey here from now on!

It sucks, they don't make refund because they sell very bad quality. I bought 1 ring and after 3 reparations in 2 months it continue. I had to pay 75$ to get a refund of 150$.

Pretty nice. Like Claire's, they do pierce ears here! There are many places in this mall with ear piercing places in fact... So it won't be to hard to find a place! The two that seem to be the most popular are Claire's and Sweet+Sassy. They have a little more teens stuff and mostly no little girl things.

Great place but can get busy, so customers need to be patient plus there can be some "parents" letting the children run around with no courtesy (no fault of the establishment). Had a few questions answered by Shanda, she is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Would not let me even exchange a perfect new charm though I’ve done it here before. Now my grandma’s money is wasted because I have two of the same charm :( I’ve spent so much money here too. Will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. When I was shopping came and told the salesperson my price and I was casually looking. He then insulted me by asking me if I knew what a budget was and when I said yes tried to sit me down and explain monthly expenses. FAST FORWARD: I bought my wife her ring and band at Easton (no problems). When I bought her second band I figured I'd go back. The purchase experience was fine but was told they needed to send it out for special order and to be soldered. Waited 2 weeks, the ring was past the due date despite called back daily. Finally received the ring and it was soldered poorly. When I asked why it looked "off" another employee was called over who happened to be (you guessed it) the same guy above. He began to tell me its normal for rings not to be perfect and said when its done by hand its not gonna be 100% aligned, said that the other band was worn down thats why they didn't match, and said that when they resized the band they aren't always the same size? Awful customer service for the price of their jewely at this location. Stay away and go to Easton.

Their prices are very fair and packages are securely packed and quick delivery.

they don't even deserve 1 star. Every time a person of color enters this store, the employees immediately hoard over you and never give you space to shop. I was being followed, then when i tried getting my phone out of my pocket the two girls came over quickly and asked if i was doing okay. I said yes, then when i left the area, they both checked where i was standing to see if anything was missing. never again

I am in from out of town shopping and needed a last minute gift. Vicki was so polite and helpful and helped me find the exact right thing at the price I wanted. I went into two stores before this and no help. She was helpful without being pushy. I will call to ask for her for gifts in the future - she has great ideas!
