Had a very pleasant experience this afternoon at Swarovski! Friendly staff, great service! I left there a satisfied customer ☺👍

Quality / Price / Service - they have it all! I won't shop anywhere else.

The place has a variety of items and the salesman was pleasant.

I'm reading these comments and I find people are so weird here in the province of Quebec especialy in fast food chains i read coments like nice client experience. Are you serious how is client experience important? The only thing that mathers is that its a good price that they dont eip you of and that its good quality and if anything else that he gives you back the right change. But other than that asking people to smile etc is no importance juat leave ppl alone its not like we choose to work we work cuz we dont want to live on the street a job is stressful enought on its own dont make ppl qorkig stress even more for it unless hes getting paid millions

J'ai laisse 2 bagues a faire agrandir, on me dit d'ici une semaine.

I purchased my fiancee's ring at another jeweler in France and was very disappointed with the results, so much so that I decided to have it redone in Canada. Carole worked closely with me, provided me with a quote and time to think it over, coordinated the process smoothly with the designer and the jeweler, and even had the ring recast when she wasn't perfectly satisfied with the first casting. She did everything she could to make sure that this ring would be perfect, and it is.

Excellent service...

awesome looking watches for great prices.

Great staff and shopping experience, they managed to handle return with no hard time given even if it happened to be one of the busiest day of the year.
