Beautiful little store with unique and antique Jewelry...The service is great and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will be seeing a lot more of me!!

Lady didn't want to do my 6 month cleaning and inspection. She said the card is no longer valid and it would take too long to look up my purchase. Won't be back.

Very bad service!!!! Bad attitude!!! I ordered a necklace from them about 3 months ago. every time I came by and asked when will it arrived, they always told me they have ordered it and It’s other people’s problem that the necklace haven’t arrived. They always have their reasons. And they already took my money. LIERS!

Stopped by Bateman Jewellers yesterday to buy some necklaces for the kids to put some special keepsakes on. The staff was very helpful and helped me choose the right size, style and weight of chain to ensure that it would work for the weight of the keepsakes! They have gorgeous watches and jewelry! Definitely check them out!

Tammi and the staff at People's have the exceptional customer service. My husband purchased a beautiful ring for me at the store. While talking with Tammi and the staff about the disappointment of a repair gone bad of my wedding rings I agreed to bring them in for a quote! Oh my goodness!!! I have a beautiful new looking set!!! I have not worn my rings for 6 years because of the faulty repair! Now I will definitely be back as a repeat customer! Please visit this store! They are fantastic!!!:) Happy customer!

Very poor customer service. Brought a ring to get sized and when we got it back the diamond was loose. When I brought it in for warranty the lady and guy working there (supposedly a jeweller) said that it wasn’t loose. I was persistent and told them take a closer look as, you could hear it rattle when shaking it near your ear. He came back after taking it to his table and agreed that it is loose but there is no way that them sizing it could cause it to become loose and that ” there is no way it could fall out” I called a few different jewellers and everyone I spoke to said this is a common occurrence when sizing rings and the diamond will likely fall out. Luckily the place I bought the ring will fix the damage caused to the ring for free! (Heinrichs in saskatoon) The distance of driving to saskatoon is why I decided to go to this place in melfort. The headache and loss of money was not worth it 🤬

I ordered a ring online and when i went in to the store to return. I was told i wasn't allowed to return instore but had to send it back through the mail. There policy clearly states you have 60 days to return any online purchase at any peoples jewlery store. Problem wasnt ever solved. Worst service ever.

I can't say enough good things about this place!!! I had such an Awesome experience here!! Shayna listened to what I envisioned myself in and also made good suggestions as well! And it turns out the dress that she wanted me to try on is the one I ended up wearing on my big day!!!! Thank you so much for making my day so special!
