Got myself a necklace today. The girl who was helping me was very kind and did her job perfectly. She was so sweet and I was really happy about my purchase. Will definitely recommend to others and will come back. Also they had some beautiful items on for sale at a good price!

Terrible customer service. The time to chat amongst each other was more valued them my service. Went to 3 stores all owned under the corporation (Rickis, Cleo, and Bootlegger) and it was the same in each. Never getting my service again.

Love this place

It's a store aimed at little girls aged 8-11. They mostly sell plastic jewelry and hair accessories. I'm tempted to say their products are more like toys, but I suppose it's not that drastic. Still, the stuff they sell is of no use to adult women.

Last week I bought a dress , top and shoes . I love , love , love them . Staff was great , friendly and helpful . My new favourite store .

After working 25 yrs with my employer, I was to receive a service award ring. I had gone in to have my finger sized at the beginning of November 2017. Awards presentation....... got a box with the msg, my ring will be coming soon. I have finally gotten my ring (which I love & will wear every day) the only problem I had was that it took 3 1/2 months to get. Not sure why it took so long.

Had created beautifull wedding set for my husband and with used gold from every member of my family.they didnt roll around my finger.the measurments were custom made for only my finger and specializing in now sliding upside down.it was fhgin awsom

Ordered a half size up for my ring, got told it will take 4 weeks. It has been over 8 weeks, I have called in multiple times and they keep saying it's coming. Very unimpressed and will never shop here again.

Talked into wrong colour for right reasons as goes. Haha thanks.

I got engaged on Valentine’s Day and we took the rings in to get sized on the 16th of February , they said they would be ready by March 9th which was fine, we knew they would be longer because of the holiday weekend. However, they were not ready until the 13th of March , we called twice to find out if our rings were ready. Very disappointed in how long it took to get my rings back. Almost a whole month.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I took my engagement and wedding rings back here to have them repaired after an accident. They told my husband they would contact us with an appraisals before the repair. After 6 weeks passed I had my husband call and they informed me that they had no record of ever receiving my over $40,000 wedding set. Livid and sick I called and the girl I spoke with was very casual and said they were looking into it but needed more time. That they would call me eventually with info. I asked what they would do if they didn't find them seeing as we had proof of dropping them off and her response was they would cross that bridge when they got there. I told her I was contacting my lawyer and miraculously they found my rings immediately. They offered to cover $500 OF the bill for my troubles and now 4 months later... I still am waiting for my rings. I will NEVER ship here again.

I had come to Fred to discuss opportunities for making an engagement ring. He worked with me through ideas that I had, and the end product was amazing. My fiancé is very pleased with the result, and I am very happy to have had the opportunity to work with such excellent and experienced staff.

Henry was absolutely amazing! He fixed my engagement ring for less than 1/4 of the price we were quoted from People's. His service was fairly quick and his quote matched what he charged us. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
