We have had three custom rings made and are very happy with their work. If you are interested in making a custom and one of a kind ring I would recommend Charlotte Jewellers. The staff are very friendly and patient. I like how they will make a 3D CAD drawing of your ring and get your approval before going ahead. I found the prices to be very reasonable considering that the rings were custom made. Julie and Monika have been great to deal with through the whole process and have always gotten back to us in a timely manner about any questions and concerns. The Jeweller Levon is also very friendly to work with and I love his enthusiasm.

Extremely friendly staff and amazing jewelry, expect to spend a lot. That being said you get what you pay for, they have gorgeous gems and glamourous chains. A must visit for your special someone.

I had purchased a three stone diamond ring from Mappins, I went to T&Y Jewellers to get the ring resized, shortly after (a week) the engagement fell through so I ended up getting the ring appraised to sell. I was very shocked to find that one of the diamonds was replaced with a fake, directly after getting my ring resized at T&Y. I then called Mappins Jewellers where I found all the documents as to where the diamonds came from as well as their authenticity. Needless to say I would never go back to T&Y as I feel tricked and robbed.

I brought a watch in for repairs in April 2017~ promised to be a month or two at the most. It took them 8 months to repair~ A new crystal was supposed to be put in it with the old parts removed and given to me. I called monthly and there was always an excuse! I finally rec'd a call at the end of December 2017 and they wanted to charge me for it when all they did was tune it up!! I was upset and the owner nastily told me take it and go! They wanted me to pay $95 for a cleaning and tune up of my older watch and they didn't do the new crystal as I had requested. This is not the first time I had issues with them with watch repairs. Let the buyer beware!!!

Friendly service and excellent prices for repairs.

Hubby purchased me two pair of earrings, unfortunately he isn't the best shopper and purchased me almost identical expensive earrings. I went to return one pair, only to see no refunds, only store credit. The store doesn't have a huge inventory so finding it difficult to spend $300.00. Went to purchase a pendant that I already had chain for. Purchased a very tiny one with small diamond for $175.00 plus tax. (I was told it was sterling silver) Received a call from jeweler that he charged me the wrong price and it was supposed to be $375.00 as he thought originally it was sterling silver but was informed that it was actually gold, (wife told him when he went to put my purchase against my credit)r, so I now have to pay him the additional $200 plus tax or return pendant. I am not happy! Once my credit is used up I would not return to this store, nor would I recommend anyone else to go. Really bad foo-pa for a jeweler.

Do not take a watch here to have the battery replaced. The owners wife totally wrecked my husband's watch. When I went back to get it fixed all I got was attitude from the owner-did nothing to try to fix the problem. The owner's father who had the business before would be quite ashamed of his son for his customer service and poor attitude.
