Great custom jewelry.

Richard designed a beautiful emerald and gold ring for me that I will pass down to my daughter some day. It is stunning and he was an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with. It is so nice to find someone that takes pleasure in happy customers and pride in his craftsmanship. An excellent eye for detail and a true artist with gold.

What an excellent Jewelry store. I'm one to do a ton of research on different stores and check out each individual one. I was wanting to buy an engagement ring so I went out and sought out different stores. Murphys P D Jewellery store was by far the best one. They were very patient with me, enthusiastic about my engagement. They showed me so many rings and really took the time with me and made sure I was getting the perfect ring to propose with. They even had me custom make it to fit the needs of my vision. The ring came in on time and it came out absolutely phenomenal. It was perfect in every way and my fiance couldn't agree more. We will be getting our bands here as well, if your looking for any piece of Jewellery, i highly reccomend this store, great service, great people and great product, thanks so much Murphy's

Called about cufflinks and the man on the phone was very unpleasant to talk to. He talked as if I was a waist of his time.

Ok, so I went to Fashion Therapy in Downtown Orillia and Nancy Nevala the owner says: "try this purple bamboo & organic YN Walker top on" and it fit perfect. Then I was looking at this really nice jacket by Pure Essence and she says, "I have your size, try it on" and it fit perfect. Then I see this really amazing wool blend scarf by Echo and really cool looking wool & cashmere blend Echo Gloves with different colours between the fingers and it looked perfect with what I tried on. I loved the whole look of it and I felt sexy, so I bought everything I had on and didn't even take the clothes or the price tags off. I felt like a million dollars as I walked out the store saying goodbye and thank you to Nancy. Once outside I felt that something was wrong, just a gut feeling you know. OMG, I forgot to pay. LOL Nancy said: "I just thought you were going to pay me later. LOL Thanks, Nancy I believe that Fashion Therapy was just what the Doctor ordered!!

Stacy is absolute amazing! She's always so great to talk to and takes the time to get to know her regulars! They are always really quick to help out as much as they can I'm always happy with the customer service! Great location

I had recently came into the store with some issues with my wedding band that came back, well...let's just say different:( The store manager Victoria went above and beyond to help me! She was the kindest person to deal with! I am not the type of person to write reviews but she deserves a five star rating! I'm truly heart broken over my engagement ring that I have had for 10 years now but I'm so glad I had the such a wonderful person to help me and make things right. So if you see this Victoria, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will never go to any other person for any of my jewelry needs!😊

So pissed i go to piercing pagoda the girl says the other worker went to the bathroom she will be right back so they can do my babies piercing each ear at the same time. She comes back we get in the chair she puts the dots says im gonna go right above this dot and right below this one because they were clearly not even. i said ok yeah sounds good. she does one ear at a time for one and the second ear she gets the stupid machine stuck on her ear then when she finally gets the machine off the earring she put on the dots and the one is so low almost off her ear completely uneven. im like I thought u said u were going right above it look how uneven these are she says its right on the dot i said yeah and you said you would go above the dot she said it was hard to get in there. I said well why dont you guys do it at the same time anymore oh they move too much clearly thats why you do it at the same time. Then she takes it out and tried to do it again and its still looks messed up and the machine doesnt get the back of the earing on this time so she has to mess with it to put it on. i wasnt about to let them try it a third time on my poor baby so I just left. Now i have to take the earring out and go somewhere else after she heals. Never again will i go or recommend anyone else going to this location. Four workers were there also no reason they couldnt do both ears at a time. My friend got her daughters done at the boulevard two months prior and they did them at the same time with no issues.
