Jewellery

I have nothing but great things to say about Branden at Sovereign Jewelry Co.! He is an amazing jeweler with over 20 years of experience. I went to his shop with jewelry from both my family and my girlfriend's (now fiancé's) family. We gave him a rough idea/design of what we wanted for the engagement ring and he delivered! I could not believe the amount of detail that went into this ring and how perfect it came out. I highly recommend Branden to anyone looking for jewelry, especially custom jewelry. He will be my only jeweler from now on.

I couldn't be more pleased with our Reads experience. The professional, kind people we worked with were very helpful in answering all of our questions and very reassuring. Our rings are perfect, unique and beautiful!

If you need service or recognition pins and jewelry this is the place to get it. Not a retail location. Order online or on the phone. But you can set an appointment if you want to look at samples in person.

My fiancé always dreamed of buying an engagement ring at Kubes since that where his dad got his mom’s ring. Katie was so helpful giving him all the information he needed! We worked with Chris to design a custom ring combining all the elements I loved. He updated my fiancé with every step of the production. And last Wednesday I said YES! Thank you Kubes for everything! You are our jeweler for life 💗💍

Daiche’s Jewelers is professional and timely. I have an expensive watch that they have repaired the wrist links overnight and when I go to replace the battery it’s less than 5 minutes and comes with a 6 month warranty. 5/5 would recommend

Great selection, awesome staff that is willing to help and answer questions. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended.

Paul made my awesome wedding ring, just like a ratchet socket!

most delightful haggling with Sal :-)

Not a store.

Great store! Love the quality of the jewelry and the service!

Good jewelry but gold is to expensive

Very poor service, by some old rude lady, I believe she was wearing glasses, not 100 percent sure tho. Her attitude was just awful, when trying to get my ears pierced she gave me an attitude when I asked for help, then continued to give me an attitude.

You have wonderful staff.

Great selection!

Every time I've called or I've been in the store I've received the best customer service. Would definitely recommend :)

The manager was more than helpful and professional. I took both my 17mo girls and it was a wonderful experience. Much better than the one I had with my older daughter when we took her to another location. The process was quick and almost painless. I would recommend this place and mostly the manager who conducted the piercing over another place. Ask for Lisa. She was GREAT!

i got my first pandora bracelet from this location!!! i love my bracelet, i have been wanting one for years and i was finally able to purchase one. i want to thank the staff of this baybrook location for being patient with me, i was able to comfortably choose what i wanted . The girls that helped me were so sweet, friendly and very nice. I truly appreciate their help in build my first bracelet. I will keep return to this location time and time again. if you read this, thank you ladies !!! Highly satisfied !!

Stopped by this afternoon and walked in and the woman at the counter was having a conversation with a man and she didn't greet nor even look at me until i grabbed her attention. Im sure that she was trained to greet potential customers. Maybe some retraining would be in order
