I loved my experience here at Samuel jewels because it took me several times 2 decide on exactly what pair of earrings and ring that I wanted. I am a very picky person and they were wonderful with understanding that before I made my purchase I wanted to know those were the exact pieces that I wanted. They were extremely helpful each visit knowing that I probably wouldn't purchase anything that particular day but they were still willing to answer all my questions and show me all the pieces of the jewelry that I wanted to see. Miss Barbara and Monica are great employees and very patient. I look forward to buying more jewelry from there and enjoy stopping by just to look at the new jewelry that they've gotten in. It is a must-see to go in and buy wonderful quality gorgeous jewelry from them. :)

Although no one is seen in her shop but if you are going, do not go! The owner was so rude to my mom and she was selling the oldest design clothes for so much money. I guess no one taught her the American business ethic of "The customer is always right." I wouldn't even give her one star!

Wonderful service! Even better prices (if that’s possible)! I was recommended by a friend to check them out for wedding bands, and they were a joy to deal with. Tara, our salesperson, was very attentive and consultative in her approach. The owner helped check us out and seemed very appreciative of the business or as he said, “appreciative of the opportunity.” I’ve convinced my friends and family to check them out for their comprehensive jewelry needs.

Came to this location to find an outfit for an outdoor graduation, not to mention this was my very first time shopping at any Frescesca's store, ever! I was greeted/welcomed with smiles as soon as I walked in. I started to browse a little and Lisa came by to introduce herself and asked if I was looking for anything in particular then leaned in and helped me pick out a few outfits. She assisted me very friendly, as if we knew each other, which you don't quite get often. Very clean, organized store! I will be back if I'm ever around the outlets again!
