Love being greeted with the employees smiling faces!!!staff is very helpful and everything is very reasonably priced!!! I really 💗 their selection of Kendra Scott jewelry!! 💗💗

Awesome customer service! William and his staff are always helpful. I’ve rented tuxedos from him in the past and I will continue to do so. They always make sure you are satisfied when you walk out their doors.

A mistake was made when adding gold to my wife's wedding rings. We were gonna use some of our own gold, and asked them.to hold the rings... They accidentally used their own gold instead of ours... to make the situation right they went above and beyond by making the whole thing free of charge the gold, and the work... Ernesto''s is First Class - thanks Monica!

I won my first boys Gerald Sanders memorial tournament and got one of your belt buckles amazing

Not worth the time or the money I wish I could put a negative start on here. I will never to back to Kay for anything. They messed up on my credit card and tried to rip me off and said I bought something when I never did. Did a wrong exchange I mean th e list goes on.

I had a great exprience at this location. I got great deals as well as great service. I like this store way better than the New Braunfels location and the Rolling Oaks Mall location. Carl took care of my needs. No problems with my repairs. Came in earlier than expected. I even recived an email on who worked on my ring plus when it was sent back to the store.

Got a great gift from the kids to there mother for Christmas. Very friendly and fast customer service. Will go back for sure

Really know their business! Easy to work with.

Worst place to shop for jewelry DO. NOT. GO. HERE. The sales people are rude, and will say anything to get you out of their hair and blame it on being "busy". They lied to me about when i could pick up my ring, and when i asked for a refund they said i had to do it online since i purchased online. Now im on hold with customer service trying to get my order cancelled so they dont charge my card and theyre refusing to do so!! Bunch of f***ing crooks!! Dont buy here ive always had bad experiences!!

Family owned, dependable, and trustworthy business. Highly recommend!!

It is the place to get all fine jewelry. I always enjoy talking with Linda, Chuck, or the employees about the new items. Awesome people with great prices!

David House is an awesome guy.

good store. i've bought several items here. look good and no issues.

Harold was exceptional! Very pleased with the engagement ring I bought and my fiancé loves it! Service was second to none and was able to work with my budget! 5 stars.
