I have had the absolute the best customer service every time i come here!!! a very special special thank you to destinee gironella and donovan peterson for the outstanding service!!!! they deserve a raise!!!! hard to find amazing customer service these days and these people went way beyond their duty to make my day that more special!!!!!

I got an engagement ring designed and crafted by Vanessa. Together we worked with a design incorporating some of the symbolic meanings from a traditional Mongolian ring and considered things I'd normally overlook, like practicality, materials, size etc etc. The end result was absolutely fantastic. And my wife-to-be is completely over the moon. Hehe, actually it brings me much joy to see her memorized by the ring. I have to watch out for her crossing the road because she will be staring at her ring instead of watching out for traffic, it makes me laugh and also nervous.. Most purchases from my experience , especially investments like this one. Once I have made the purchase, other options tend to appear after the fact or different ways of going about something. That is NOT the case here. The whole experience with Vanessa has been outstanding and still is the only way I'd go, and even more so now after everything is done. I highly recommend Vanessa Nicole Jewels, as for me it has turned out extremely well. Vanessa went above and beyond.

I went to the Claire's at the location in Montebello with my two daughters and husband Sunday night . Receipt number 58509 . Never In my life had I received such poor and humiliating customer service . I understand I went past 4 of her precious minutes after closing but the way she treated me was not acceptable . I am a paying customer, as I gave her my item to purchase she not once acknowledged me to so hi or even exchange a word . She had the worst look on her face like if she hated her job and it was a bother for her that I was buying . When the transaction was completed I even had the courtesy to say thank you and she didn't even look at me or say anything back like if I was talking to myself . The receipt said her name was Priscilla I am not sure if that was her but she had blonde hair . I just want her to know she needs better customer service and that thanks to paying customers like myself she has a job .

It is a great show because you see things in these shows help with creation and imagination you then create beautiful jewelry☮️

Great place to go for piercings clean sanitized, carefully done and fast
