THIS COMPANY IS BAD BAD BAD NEWS! THANK GOD WE CAUGHT THIS NOW BE4 WE SPEND MORE MONEY HERE. WILL CONTACT B.B.B. & REPORT AS WELL.

Julie and Emmanuel were great working with me to resize my engagement ring. They were one of the few local jewelers that could work on my palladium ring and they explained all the risks and what to expect with my particular ring and its settings. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes I got and definitely worth their great craftsmanship. Initially I decided on resizing the ring a bit too small, but they were gracious enough to take it back and open it up to just the right size for me at a reduced price--even though it was no fault of their own. Great customer service and local small business.

Monaco Jewlers have always been there for me, from purchasing, to cleaning, to repairing and even selling them gold. They have such a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I know them all there. Ron, Jason and Meray always treat me fairly, professionally and offer me very reasonable prices. They have appraised multiple items for me, and they always seem to give top value. I love the atmosphere of their lobby. It's a beautiful showroom with a lot of space and it's always so clean and bright. The seating is comfortable and the parking is easy. It's located on the outskirts of Costco and they are always open when I need them. Thank you Monaco Jewlers for treating me like a person first.

My feedback is LONG over due. Oscar and his staff are EXTREMELY friendly, professional and most importantly HONEST!! Oscar is an experienced jeweler and has great advice, I've taken my diamond rings to him for cleaning, rodium & repair and they come back looking as stunning as the day i bought them.

I needed to find earrings for my wife for our special day so needed to go with the best.  Great staff and helpful too.  I found what I was looking for almost right away.  Thanks guys!  Next time,  wedding ring upgrade!
