I am very hesitating to bring my watch for service because they never did it right at the first time. After searching in the web, I found this place call Ben Bridge Jeweler, in San Diego. I read their reviews and have some confident in them. So I brought my Mom's watch on 5/9/2017 for them to see if they could repair it. My first impression with Mr. Kevork is that he is very friendly and has an excellent customer service. He shows me what was wrong with my Mom's watch and recommend for the repair. He also gave me a 2 years warranty for the service instead of 1 year. I will update after I get back my watch. I think this will be my place for service from now on.........

Literally the worst experience ever at this store. I have been waiting 2 weeks now for the re-sizing of the ring i bought for my girlfriend. Two times now they have told me it would be ready by a certain day and it hasn't been. The same guy is working every time i visit or call and every single time he doesn't even remember me at all. No care whatsoever for the customers.
