My boyfriend got me a promise ring from here. When I first got it it was beautiful. I tried it on and it was too small. We went into the store and they told us it was a 6.75 when they told him when he bought it that it was a 7.5. I had to wait weeks to get it back. When I finally did it was very dull and crooked. Didn’t even look like the same ring!! We tried calling back and every day they told us the manager wasn’t there or they would put us on hold until we hung up. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

Laurie and her team were wonderful at helping us design custom pieces and walked us through the entire process. They had wonderful service and were always quick to answer any questions.

I went to Kay's in the Mall with my husband to get a wedding band for him and an addition for mine. Michael was awesome and I highly recommend him! He showed us handfuls of options and we never felt pressured. I sent in my ring to get the addition and it came back so quick! Such a great experience and I don't think I will go anywhere else in the future.

Purchased all of my family’s jewlery here, because they feel like family.

I know a lot of people who have had lobe piercings done here that have turned out well. But I went there for an industrial and paid upfront (which is unusual in the piercing biz) then at the last min, the piercer told me she had never done one before and started freaking out about how much it would hurt. I backed out and then she ignored me (seriously!) I didn't receive any sort of refund.

CLARIES!!! The sunglasses I got for $5 got a scratch on them the first day I wore them and they're way uneven!! VERY HARD to clean!!! Plus the sticker on them left a big smudge! WORST sunglasses ever!!! Don't buy these!

My husband and I had such an enjoyable time with Heidi and Brittany. This Sat. Apr. 14th is our 45th Anniversary and my husband, Tim was looking to purchase something for me to celebrate. Found the perfect Anniversary ring and love it. What wonderful employees you have, Heidi and Brittany. We even had a glass of wine and lots of memories to share with them and laughs.

Soo… I have been dating my girlfriend for over 6 years so I knew it was about time I popped the question...lol. Before I proposed, she would drop hints about rings by tagging me in Alyssa & Anna's Instagram pictures. The first day I walked into their shop I was greeted by Zack and I must say I was very impressed with his salesmanship. Sales to me is all about answering customer’s questions with confidence and not being too pushy. These are the qualities Zack possessed and he was awesome to work with. He was more than happy to work with me through every question I brought up. After a few visits, I finally knew exactly the ring I wanted and they were able to make it happen. It is the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever seen! (& I did a lot of shopping around). The best part about Alyssa & Anna is that you are working with a family-owned, local business - it doesn't get any better than that. You need to visit them if you have any jewelry needs and especially if you are going to propose… I promise you won’t be disappointed.
