i don’t usually write reviews for any store but here was my problem with this particular Claire’s, I recently got my 3rd ear piercing done here last week and i have never felt so unwelcomed at a Claire’s as I did at this one, the lady who did my ear piercing was so rude and unwelcoming ,so much that I regret doing it there I would have much rather gone to a Claire’s at mission valley or Horton where I AM welcomed and where I AM treated nicely. The lady was unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming , if I could give them a 0 for customer service i definitely would do so.

I purchased a mid price BULOVA watch from Kay jewelers a lil while ago and had to take it in for a new battery.Honestly ANNA gave us the best customer service possible and always called us with updates and sounded happy to talk to us
This was the second Kay jewelers we tried .The first Kay jewelers in mission valley was SOO terrible that we took the watches back from the lady and said no way.
Even thou ANNA didn't make a sale by taking our watches for service she is extremely professional and courteous to us that now we feel comfortable making large purchases because we know she will take good care of us in the future .

A lil gem in SC. I absolutely LOVE this store. They have natural ocean-inspired stones in unique settings. The prices are fantastic and I want everything in the store. The sales girls are always very helpful and accommodating. I can't visit too often or I'd spend all my money here.
