This is a very unique & stylish store which has the stamp of Hollywood movie legend Robert Redford all over it.My wife and I looked through the store last Sunday admiring the beautiful clothes,shoes,jewelry and furniture pieces.Ely was very helpful describing to me some of the incredible and expensive jewelry inside a display case.Cindy spoke to us about Robert Redford's passion for certain things.Mairim the manager also was very helpful explaining the brand's mission.It's a store full of enchanting surprises!

So I read reviews on both Google and Yelp about this place, and decided to give it a try, after vetting a few other places. I had gone to Kay Jewelers, and previously purchased items from there, but nothing really high priced. Just nice stuff from Jane Seymour's collection. My wife and I decided to upgrade the wedding/engagement rings to something a little "more" than what we married with. Don't get me wrong, we both know what we married with is very true and significant to us both, but she wanted a traditional diamond (we married with a very unique black diamond set with skulls, so a traditional set was due). Anyway, we looked at Kay, but I wanted to educate myself with diamond grading and certification. I wanted to see what a jeweler that was NOT a common mall pop-up (like Kay, Daniel's Zales, JC Penny's, Macy's, etc) would be like. D&S was intimidating to look at from the outside, but when we went in, we were greeted by Emil Elghanian, and he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed, and did NOT pressure us; he simply told us to look around, and that he would check back if we had questions. We were able to look around without ANYONE hassling us. Finally Emil came to us and we told him our wants/issues and he was VERY helpful with suggestions and I guess I asked the right questions, said the right things bec he was impressed that I actually did a little homework with my very limited diamond knowledge. He further expanded my knowledge by telling us more about diamond certifications and he asked what we could work with, etc. and was very non-judgmental, very understanding, and very courteous... not a hint of arrogance, high pressure, or dismissal at all from Emil. Needless to say, he helped us with a set my wife loves, and I have to say I helped pick a very nice set and was very happy with the certifications that came with it. And did I mention aftercare? Unlimited free sizing for one year, and cleaning/maintenance for life, without having to buy into some annual plan, or any plan. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of Emil and his customer service. I am not kidding, the man is honest, informative, and soothing. I highly highly recommend David & Sons to anyone looking for engagement/wedding sets and jewelry in general. Not only will you get quality customer care and attention, but also quality product.

overpriced charms.

I came in to get a couple of diver watch bracelets fitted. I was helped by Victor and we went through three separate adjustments on each watch to make sure they were perfect and that I was happy. I paid $40 for the two watch fittings. Very friendly service from everyone I spoke with.

Amazing service! I wanted to get a new ring for my 10th wedding anniversary and the staff listened to what my husband and I wanted for the upgrades and they gave us the best recommendations and choices. I couldn’t ask for a better customer-staff relationship. They’re the best!

Sales person kaela gave me the worst customer service on Valentine’s Day. I wanted to leave but I told my girlfriend I was getting her a charm. so unfortunately she still got my business but it wasn’t a good experience.

They lie to you. They told me resizing a ring would be no cost. Take the ring to get resized, they give me a 180.00 fee. They say I can add it to my total amount I'm paying for. I go pickup the ring they say I have to pay for that 180.00. The lady constantly denied saying she told me I could add it total. Horrible service.

Does not return phone calls/messages. Contacted 3 times, left messages and no responses.

Small shop, nice folks, very good prices. I came in to replace the spring bar on my watch band and it only costed me 5 dollars.
