Excellent! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. In town just for the week, needed a watch resized and to do some quick shopping, they exceeded my expectations.

Last month mid November 2017, I stopped at the JARED Jewelry store to have a new battery placed in my Seiko quartz watch. The battery was free but we had to purchase a stuffed toy to be donated to children, I was pleased with the service provided. The battery ran for about one week, I returned to the store to have the battery replaced, no problem, HOWEVER, AGAIN THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK. At this time I was very concerned , is it my watch or 2 faulty batteries . I went to my jeweler in the city of Orange, it took him 3 minutes to replace the battery , I FINALLY HAVE MY WATCH IN WORKING ORDER. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I LOVE this store!!! It's really the only place I love to shop!!! I shop mostly in the store but also online.

An absolutely amazing jewelry designer!

We went in to buy wedding rings and waited several minutes without more than a passing glance. We decided to leave after several minutes of being ignored while waiting our turn, patiently. We'll be taking our business elsewhere.

This store is very unorganized. There is clutter all over the check out counter and there was only 1 person working. It was very difficult to try and get her to help because she was checking people out. Need more staff and more organization.

I love this store and all my Brighton jewelry!! The salesladies here are very attentive to helping you find what you want without being overly pushy. Friendly and knowledgable about their inventory! I love that you can have a watch battery replaced at the store now rather than always having to have it shipped back to the Brighton headquarters and be out your watch for 2-3 wks. Tho i do appreciate that when i have to have the mechanism in my watch examined they clean & shine my watch like new all at no extra charge.

Trustworthy, capable, reasonably priced. Two visits, won to appraise some gold jewelry and other to repair a vintage gold bracelet. The bracelet was weighed, and the receipt reflected the measurement, seems a great way to protect both sides. Henry appraised it at 1.4K, less than what I paid, but how can you put a price on beauty :-)

So friendly and so nice! I never feel pushed or rush when coming here. I get batteries for my watches, I sell my gold, and I make my own designs with MacTavish Jewelers. They are all so welcoming, very nice family owned business!

The staff was very helpful. Would definitely go back.
