I have yet to find another jewelry store as honest as Pak's. Their professionalism and knowledge is beyond any ordinary jewelry store. I recently went in for a custom piece in honor of my late mother. I presented Gino a sketch I developed and he was able to incorporate his ideas along with showing me examples of other custom pieces. He was informative of the me the process step by step. I was then notified that the wax mold was ready for inspection. After viewing the mold, Gino was there to address any concerns and help me make any modifications to my specifications to ensure that the custom piece came out exactly how I envisioned. Needless to say, I am VERY satisfied with the final result! Please don’t settle for anything less. Shopping at Pak’s guarantees quality and great service, to say the least.

Lots to choose from but not very friendly

They are designing my wedding band to make it fit and match my ring, which was my great-great grandmothers from the 1800s! They’re doing an amazing job and are efficient and very friendly! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

If you go somewhere else, you are making a mistake. Super informative and very helpful with finding the right ring. I will be returning to them in the future as I know I will get exactly what I am looking for in regards to the right piece and high quality.

Went in a couple of years ago to research an engagement ring knowing absolutely nothing about jewelry. Gregg helped me figure out what I was looking for and while staying in budget. Skip to 2 years later, my fiance and I went in again to research the process and the staff helped right away and again keeping within our budget. Have had no problems and nothing but positive experiences. Each visit is also very quick and efficient. Big thank you to all.
