Patti Ramirez is the best!!! She always notifies me when there are special events going on & when new lines of purses that I like come in. Everyone is great there.

Poor customer service . Did not get a greeting when entering or offered any help , two workers were too busy gossiping of their personal life instead. Other than that , did not find anything in the store. Only got a thankyou have a nice day when leaving . Went shopping in Nordstrom instead.

This place was so helpful and amazing in creating an engagement ring for my fiancée! Ken taught me everything I needed to know about the materials in making a ring and the pros and cons of certain materials. My fiancée was giving me recommendations and she heard of this place through a friend. When I went in, I felt welcome and comfortable and every time afterwards I felt like I was talking to close friends. I was blown away with the final result and when they presented the ring they helped me create, I couldn't have asked for anything better! I recently proposed, and my fiancée keeps stating that she loves everything about it (especially the detail)!

Instantly recognizable by the hologram lady standing in front of the store near the food court at the Santa Anita mall. Sort of creepy if you ask me. But store is nice and centrally located in the mall.
