I’ve had really good experiences here in the past. I bought my homecoming dress, and my graduation dress here in high school. I’ve also stopped in for different pieces of jewelry for my family, every time I’ve stopped in, it hasn’t been horribly unpleasant or dissatisfying. But I was just in there recently and I had to stop in because two of my family members got me two pieces of jewelry that were almost exactly identical for Christmas and I didn’t need two of them, I was in a rush and didn’t have a lot of time to exchange it for something else, so I returned it and I thought that I’d come back at a time that was more convenient to me. For starters me and my partner weren’t even greeted by the entrance, I work in the mall, so I know that a greeting or a warm welcome keeps most customers in at least 80% of the time, I was with my partner and when we walked up to the cash register to return our item, the lady standing there still didn’t welcome us, let alone make eye contact with us, she stanched the necklace out of my partners hands and said something snarky about the receipt. They have little things up by the cash register, little things; water bottles; bracelets; perfumes; probably some rings etc. a basket of headbands caught my eye, but for some reason I thought they were bracelets at first and when I cheerfully asked the lady if you could wear them on your wrist she didn’t even look up at me and said “no”. After she was done, she didn’t even say goodbye or have a good day. I never want to set foot in there again. Watch out for the older women with short hair and glasses! Not a nice person to talk to! Wanted to give it a 2 stars at least, because of all the other wonderful experiences I’ve had in there, but she made my experience so horribly mortifying and not pleasant that she ruined the whole atmosphere of the store.

I’ve not been able to wear my wedding ring set for several years as it was too small & I didn’t take the time to get it resized because it was old and scratched & I knew I’d like a new setting some day. Decided to look into it (30 year anniversary this year❤️) and had heard good things about Wms Jewelers. I did some shopping and ended up here...could not be more thrilled with my diamonds in a gorgeous new setting. Bill and Kathy are exceptionally knowledgeable and intuitively knew what I was looking for. Staff was so helpful and when I picked up my new ring I broke down in tears having not worn it for several years. It’s gorgeous! I will highly recommend Wms Jewelers to everyone!

Had an awesome experience here! I come into this store just about every pay check and spend way too much, but it's ok because they have awesome stuff. Well back in the beginning of December I had purchased my friend a Manatea (which is a Manatee tea infuser) for Christmas. She finally opened it up to use it in the middle of January and unfortunately it was empty. I was very upset by the whole situation, and so was my friend. I went into Francescas to see if there was anything they could do. I had no receipt anymore, I had ripped the upc off, and it had been over a month since I had purchased it. All I had was an empty box. So I knew it would be a long stretch but I tried anyways. The staff was so friendly and understanding. Unfortunately they didn't have any Manateas left but they gave me a store credit gift card. I appreciated it so much and it meant a lot to me. Will definitely keep shopping here.

I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced. Lindsey did an amazing job. She was so great with my daughter and made her feel so comfortable. Thank you Lindsey :)
