Small but Gorgeous store , beautifully remodeled recently in white. Brilliant.....Great deals to be had! I was in last week and much of the shops was 20%, 40% and 75% off the outlet price. This is the first time I've ever written a Yelp review, but I had to after having such an amazing experience. I was about to make a huge mistake by purchasing my Wife's engagement ring off Blue Nile. Nothing against their site, but I would have never gotten the individual treatment that is necessary when making a purchase of this magnitude.

I bought an Ammolite necklace at the Ketchikan store in 2010. Over the next few years the stone had some color changes and appear to be defective. I contacted the store and spoke with Fahim. He was persistent to have the stone replaced even though the ammolite stone is more difficult to locate. I received several email correspondences keeping me posted of the progress. He was always pleasant and respectful. The pendant has arrived and I am very pleased. Fahim is an asset to this business. Thank you

So Im braindead on the whole diamond game but the pretty lady and the helpful gentleman were nothing but kind to the fact Im flying blind ! Will highly consider these people in the future!! Enjoy the bottles!!!
