This place has the worst service ever. I used to love shopping here but everyone here is so rude especially this lady with highlights who's always there. If she sees your only gonna buy one thing she'll try avoiding you and won't even talk to you I'm going to find out her name and report her. I will never shop here again and I'll make sure to tell all the people I know not shop here anymore. It's such a shame that people with low quality customer service even have jobs!

Great service and my daughters absolutely love shopping here. My youngest got her ears pierced there today and I can't say enough about the friendly service we got. It made my daughter so much more comfortable and she forgot all about how nervous she was. Her earrings came out perfectly spaced and she was given a tutorial on how to care for her new piercings.
The store was clean and there were enough staff there to help everyone properly. It's worth it to me to make the drive to Carlsbad, even though the Escondido Claire's is closer to me.
