Terrible service! I had a bracelet that needed to be fixed. They sent it out to get fixed when I picked it up they had not fixed what was broken. After a week of not receiving a call from them (the manager said they did call and insisted on this.) I called to see if it was ready the manager said yes. When I asked her to check if it was fixed she said it was not and would have to be sent out again. (So if it wasn't ready why did she call me to pick it up?)

Garen made me the most beautiful cushion cut eternity ring at a great price. He was even nice enough to take care of all my other beautiful jewelry pieces as far as cleaning etc... great service and amazing custom jeweler.

It's a very nice and eye pleasing store.

It was a fun store for my wife, she could find really good trinkets and the prices where really good too. The a was good and the small items they had where good for a party of a good celebration. They had a little bit of everything, I hope that they moved somewhere in the he vicinity of Eastlake, they had great customer service and the good finds you can find were awesome. From hair pieces, necklaces, earrings, little rings, cloches, we will miss this store out here it was nice and close to us, I wonder what is coming next? , I hope something similar. The parking was free, they had handicap parking, handicap ramps, handicap bathrooms outside the store. I'm adding the pics to show that are completely closed for business. I know there is another one a I think at the bonita mall.

Great experience, Matt was very helpful and friendly and overheard my wife and I talking about her wedding ring being damaged and he fixed and cleaned it for free. 5 out of 5 stars.

Amanda was great! Very professional. She went the extra mile. To get the engagement ring down to the price point I needed to be at.

Went in here with my daughters and i was bring stared at the entire time. After 15 minutes i was asked if i needed help (not in a very nice way) and again 15 minutes later

Everyone is super friendly especially Amy, Ashley and Erin they were all very helpful and polite

I purchased my Tag Heuer Connected Modular 45 watch at Ben Bridge, I am happy with most of process, they were great. There was only one available company-wide and they ordered it for me to FedExed from Hawaii where it was located, rather than the weeks it would take to order it from Tag. Hiccups I had, were there were some reports online of some of the watches have defects, and when the watch I had to order arrived, I asked them to check for defects, and they told me no, that I would have to come inspect it for myself. But in the end they did take $100 off the price for the inconvenience.

I always get my ears pierced here I have gotten 8 pierced from here and there all in good condition the employees are super helpful on if they hurt to get them pierced and there super sweet I recommend to come here!!!

I've usually have EXCELLENT experience here; today however, was horrible. I had a broken diamond that I brought in a few months back and I called to check status, as it's being repaired; well, the girl who answered was very nice, didn't know the answer to my question so got a hold of a manager "Maryann" to help me. This lady didn't greet me at all. She just began to describe the ring to me..... hum....... I don't need the description!! Wow. So I just waited for her to be done speaking and asked her what my options were if I didn't like the ring. She asked how long I had it and I said approximately 2 years. She continued speaking to other people RUDLEY before answering my questions in full. Then said I'd have to call the main store if I had a concern regarding the appraisal, as I had already paid over $300 for with my first ring... she said "oh honey this is a new ring, so you have to pay that again! (Didn't like the way she answered so I snapped back) : how is that fair ? 🙄🙄🙄I'm already on edge with my broken diamond , and a naked hand, lady!! So Rowena called me back and made me feel a little better. Turns out that lady picked up my call instead of her call that was waiting on her ... mix up. But yea, A+ for fixing the situation! 😍😍

Two representatives gave two different reply for the same question. Employees were pretty rude too.
