First of all when we open the package The box was totally destroyed no problem so we took it back to the Zale store and we replaced it no problem. Well when my mom went to put on the necklace she noticed the chain was broken. At this point I was like really first a totally disheveled box and now a broken chain? So we took it back again to the store and the lady straight up gave us attitude abou it. She’s like well when I put it in the new box it wasn’t broken. First of all she didn’t put it in the new box the man working there did so how could she know? She ended up replacing the chain for us, but I won’t buy anything here again because it was a mess and then when we tried to get it fixed we got rude service.

They have horrible service! Also horrible ring qualities! we got my enagagement ring there and i had to take it back 4 different times because the diamonds kept falling out (a total of 7 diamonds) they told us the diamonds around were too small so we picked a different ring within a week a diamond fell off of the new one. I would not recommend this place!!

lovely woman, knowledgeable artist, went to her new studio opening on Hornby Island June 30 2017, commissioned a ring made from an old English coin, it was ready quickly and fits great,

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..... This branch of Kays Jewlers gives them a BAD NAME !!!!!! I went into this store to purchase a chocolate diamond that I had been saving up for. As I stood there in the store with my $3000.00 dollars burning a whole in my pocket waiting to for somebody to help me and dancing with excitement. I made eye contact with a girl behind the counter who just ignored me and continued with what she was doing. as I am still standing there a couple come into the store and out of the back comes a salesman and immediately starts to help the couple who just came into the store. And the woman behind the register starts to help another couple who came in the store after we did. By this time my excitement had died and I was pissed off. I asked for a managers card just to be infrmed that they do not have a manager in that store. I have been a customer of Kays for a very long time. and this is the second time that I was just left waiting at The Kays Jewlers in West Covina Plaza.

Kevin jewelry's has good prices, they work with you if you have bad credit like me , now I'm rebuilding my credit, sales representative are real helpful they take care of there customer.

I want to different Claire's but it is a good place to just want to buy everything and spend a bunch of money at

terrible, cheap, crappy jewelry. They lied when they said it was "silver." Then when you try and get in touch with them and attempt to email them, it will say that it can't send email, then when you try and call, they never return your call. They don't care enough to help out a customer.All the money I spent was money that I will never see again and it's money they pocketed. I do not recommend them at all. AND ON HERE I TRIED TO PUT ONE STAR AND IT WON'T LET ME, IT GOES TO 3 AUTOMATICALLY....TOTAL BS
