Great Customer service! This is one of my favorite stores at Oakway. They have some great gifts and such fun fashion! I really love their wedding season gifts too! The girls are always super friendly and so helpful.

Bought my fiance a ring for valentines day (wanting to surprise em) lady said to put some references down so I couldn't think of the last one .She said put your fiance don't worry we won't call him ..😑 3 days later he gets a call from them. Spoiled my gift for valentines day 👎 will never go again

Took my daughter here & they messed up on the ear piercings (can't say my daughter was to blame at all cause she didn't move once at all, plus they messed up mine as well) they made one side way to high & one side way to low, one side close to the edge & one closer in. It looks horrible! These employees need to learn how to listen to the parents, customers & also learn how to actually pierce people's ears! Plus the price is ridiculously high for a crap job, I should of went somewhere else! I definitely don't recommend this place at all to anyone!

They do quality work!

Great place, got a simple band stretched half a size for literally a 10th of the price I was quoted elsewhere in less than 2 minutes. Old fashioned place with an honest feel.

A while after our wedding my wife decided that the custom band we'd had was missing a little something. Richard made the adjustments we'd wanted at no cost, and made the ring meet my wife's expectations.

Extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and great conversation. I really felt comfortable that we made a fair transaction, and will definitely return.
