I approached the Fred Meyer Jewelers staff in Monroe, WA today and asked if they did minor jewelry repair: set stones, solder rings together. I was told yes, and reviewed my 3 projects with a jeweler. Midway through writing up the repair orders, he excused himself to ask another staffer if they worked on Moissanite (all three of my projects involved setting Moissanite stones in gold settings that I provided). I was told they didn't work with Moissanite and my projects were rejected. When I asked why, I was told it was "store policy."

I was very satisfied with the service that i received. The staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend Millers Fine Jeweler to everyone.

Terrible. The repair to my mothers ring was so noticeable that I wouldn’t be surprised if the value didn’t go down on it. His bad temper and short attention span to your jeweler needs is amazing considering all the bs you have to sit thru before finally getting to why you walked in the door in the first place. And it’s like this every single time I go in there. I’d rather drive 2 hours to go somewhere else.

Thanks to Doug and the staff at Fabri my now husband got me the perfect ring! They answered all my questions and were so help helping me pick out my wedding bands. I would never go anywhere else. When you walk in they make you feel like family.

Bender's Jewelers is quite the gem! (Har har) Scott Bender is awesome. Finding this place was like striking gold! I had a tough day at work and during a battle with the copy machine, the band of my engagement ring snapped. I was absolutely livid. The moment work ended, I drove over to Bender's Jewelers and was greeted by a smiling Scott and his sparkling personality, which helped ease some of my agitation from the long day. Scott is so warm and personable. He's easy to talk to and passionate about what he does. (He learned his craft from his father, who learned it from HIS father.) He was able to help me immediately and I was in and out of his shop in less than an hour. I highly recommend going to Bender's Jeweler's if you have any jewelry needs. Unlike the chain stores, his shop is cozy and unpretentious, and the difference in service is incomparable. Scott is honest, detail-oriented, and thorough. Go to Bender's Jewelers!!

Claires products are always really cheap, and they usually show that in their quality. That makes sense but if you're a 12 - 17 year old girl that kind of works. Things go in and out of fashion so fast that that really isn't much of a problem. If you'd like, you can always get your ears pierced too. Kind of weird I always thought.

My ring repair looks AMAZING!! I've been wearing this ring for over 43 years, and it has been nearly 20 years since it has been worked on. It was cracked, gouged and missing a stone. The new prongs and channel work are beautiful! The stones all sparkle and shine like new. Thank you so much for all the extra work you did beyond what I even requested, to make it look as good as new!

After 20 years of not being able to afford the repairs needed so I could wear my wedding ring. You can't imagine my excitement when I walked into a local jewler for a quote. We ended up going to many places, all asking more than what the ring is worth. Reluctantly we went to Gold Definitions. Not only did they do the estimate on the spot, they were so welcoming it felt more as if we were visiting good friends, and they quoted hundreds less than their competition. I had no idea I would be so emotional when picking my ring up. They did such a wonderful job cleaning and repairing it that it was as if I was seeing it for the first time. I was already crying when I foolishly tried putting the ring on as if my fingers were the same size as the first time. I wasn't prepared to pay for the resizing and soldering it needed. Seeing my disappoinment, Lesa (the owner) said she would do what she had to and make sure it would be finished that evening. Then they offered me excellent discounts in addition to giving me way more than I expected for a few old broken chains. The grand total was still extremely lower than others. Thank you very much for the amazing experience! We wish you the very best.
