I went in to New Twist last week to buy a couple of gifts and had an amazing shopping experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I was the most important person in the world. I didn't get the sense that the staff were rushed or that making a sale was their priority. I genuinely felt that they wanted to ensure that I felt valued and taken care of. I had a wonderful time looking at all of the ornaments and merchandise in the store and found the prices to be very reasonable. I'm always impressed by the beautiful and unique items they find for the store. I found myself dawdling after I had completed my purchase because I was having such a nice time in the store and I wasn't ready to go back to all of my responsibilities. Thank you for providing a peaceful, relaxing escape during my busy afternoon.

"With a Jewelry Care Plan, your precious baubles will be taken care of for life. Period." Unless you sell your jewelry, in which case they no longer stand behind their product and your warranty is void. Beware spending big bucks on a promise they wont keep- kind of like your ex-spouse. My daughter paid $207.95 for the warranty but now she has to sell her ring, they wont transfer it or allow the buyer to purchase a new one. They must not have much confidence in their own product.

I took some of my mother's jewely that she left after passing that we did not want. I met with Cesar he was very helpful and professional. I had a mixture of real gold and costume jewely. He examined each piece and told me which was real and which was not. He weighed all the jewely and cut me a check right away! It was a fast and great experience. I would highly recommend this place!

Hair Comes the Bride was truly an amazing vendor to work with. They are all so professional and accountable for their work that it puts the entire wedding party at ease. We have enough to worry about on the day but hair and makeup was taken care of and worth the investment!

Beaudet Jewelry is the BEST! Five years ago, I had a very valuable heirloom ring that needed to be sized so that I could wear it as a daily wedding ring. After taking it to two other reputable Eugene jewelers, and having the shank (band) crack again and again, I finally took it to Charles Beaudet. He fixed it properly and I have never had a problem again! Since that time, I have brought many pieces in to be repaired, both simple and elaborate repairs and pieces. I have never been let down, and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Beaudet Jewelry is a lovely establishment with kind, considerate employees who are experts at their craft.

I had a poor experience even tho I love the jewelry. The sales associate Emily was rude. She skipped over our exchange ringing another person up and didn't know Gold expands. Her manager didn't educate her of the situation and seemed annoyed. It made me not want to come back.

Joanne is the best ever! Amazing service incredibly helpful and always makes your experience fun and exciting. She remembers everyone I introduce her to by name. She's a delight to work with! The store is great as well, large selection and very educated and professional staff!

I went there to get my ear pierced 2 days ago and when i was there the piercing gun got stuck(which should never happen) but she was very kind to us. Also, one day after having the studs in the backs of them started to fall of.

Not only did Holly design a beautiful ring for my husband to give me years ago, but when we had it redone with a new stone we were both blown away by the amazing work and beauty of my new ring. Better than we imagined by far!
