Came in the day before my anniversary to replace a diamond in my wife's engagement ring. They were able to get it done by the next morning. Excellent service

I've ordered from Kazio 3 times and twice I've been very satisfied with the products I've received and the promptness of delivery, however with the last purchase I needed a refund/exchange. I order one item and received a completely different item. I have called and emailed Kazio but am getting crickets! Good place to order from unless you need an exchange or refund, then you're completely ignored.

Had a great experience with Tim and Emma Parker & Co, and the engagement ring I purchased is beautiful. Tim is one of those rare business leaders who not only runs the business but also spends considerable time with his clients. When you wear so many hats, it's easy for customer service to suffer. However, this is actually what differentiates his company from others - this and the honest and ethical approach he takes to his business. I was shocked at his quick responses to my (many) questions, the generosity of his time over phone calls, and the fair prices. I do not pretend to know much about rings, but I did a ton of research, spoke to many vendors, and Tim and his team at Emma Parker stood out. Learning about and choosing an engagement ring is a confusing, frustrating, and expensive process. There are a ton of options. Save yourself time and money and give Tim a call or shoot him an email. You'll be in good hands.

Overpriced glassware and art store... Had some nice looking pcs but needs something more.

Only shop out of six I've regulared in LA and Seattle that has it all. Most professional and sterile shop with REASONABLE PRICES!you have to initial your own needle to verify you know it's sterile and they don't even allow you to touch your own piercings in the shop. HYGIENE ON POINT!!! Extensive collection of all sorts of plugs and tapers including a vast gemstone collection !! Experienced pierces with super rad back stories make for a wonderful experience every time and a great talk. 11/10 suggest and 12/10 suggest tipping them well!!!!

I was in Hitchcock Madrona at the same time as the "Ice Cream" family and let me tell you, there are definitely two sides to that story. I was the other client who had this gracious boutique staying open well past closing, only I was buying something. The family did ask if their children's ice cream was okay as they were welcomed kindly by the staff. Really? Who is going to say "NO", even if you'd prefer otherwise. Soon after, I noticed the children were often left unattended and free to roam the boutique, touching and playing (like kids do). I'm sure at this point the staff was sweating a bit. So after about 5-10 minutes of this, the inevitable happened...the ice cream melted and started dripping all over the floor. Big surprise, but only to the parents, apparently. "Can we have a rag with water?", one of the parents stated. To which, almost in unison, two of the salespeople said, "Don't worry about it, we'll get it." I think any person with a good sense of judgement would have left then. If this was my boutique, I would have asked them to keep their ice cream outside in the first place, but since it's not, I have to say the staff were at least willing to give them a chance. Oh, and I love that the reviewer tried to make it a gay issue. What did that have to do with anything? When the salesperson suggested they take their ice cream outside, there was no crying and the only confusion the children probably experienced was why this playground looked like a jewelry store, lol! In typical retaliatory form, one mom said to the other, "Don't buy me anything from there...", as they left. My favorite part of this whole scenario was what the salesperson added next, "Maybe mommy needs to carry a rag with water?"...it was soo true and what anyone would have wanted to say. These customers didn't like boundaries, clearly, but they certainly got their just dessert! Kudos Hitchcock Madrona.

I collect unusual silver jewelry and antique silver tribal jewelry. I also enjoy finding unique pieces and re-purposing them as well as designing jewelry. I depend exclusively on Fremont Jewelry Design for all my repairs, often on pieces that are irreplaceable. Lisa and Fremont Jewelry Design have also helped me actualize all my re-purposing ideas and bring all my designs to life. I could not be happier or recommend Fremont Jewelry Design more highly. We have had a wonderful working relationship for years and I look forward to many more years working together.

Carrie helped us and she was absolutely amazing and very helpful. My husband bought me a new Pandora charm and she showed us around all the pretties. Carrie even cleaned my bracelet and wedding ring. We had a good time shopping there, because of her excellent customer service.

Jason is (in my humble opinion) as topnotch as you'd expect from a jewellery store. Service is well above the bar as well - they know what their doing & you can watch them work from the lobby. A very welcoming & comfortable atmosphere. I live hours away now but, my expectations are always met. When you visit, ask for Jason.

Poor customer service!!!!!!! My husband bought me a Seiko watch for Christmas and the watch band was slightly too small, just a link too small. They said they would order the links and after two trips out there they still didn't have them in. They finally called and said it was in, but when we went out for the third time, they had ordered the wrong one. When she tried to pull it up on the computer, they had no record of our having purchases the watch so asked us to bring in our receipt. A week later we get a call that they got the right one, but the only person who knew how to do it was on vacation for a week!!!! We go out today and of course that person is not in, so someone else is trying to do it but can't, so we have to leave it so they can have an afternoon person try to fix it. When I give him our receipt, someone else's name is on the receipt which we had not noticed. It is our information and the correct sale information. Now they are trying to fix that as well so we have proof of sale. Just hope they do not lose it or my watch. I have never had such poor customer service in my life! Thoroughly frustrated with them. Six weeks we have been dealing with this! Totally unexceptable!

I have shopped here forever. They have beautiful pieces and one of a kind items. I always find what I want. I keep coming back because the quality.
