I have been here several times getting things for my wife. Typically we have worked woth Bobbitt in the past, being an outlet they tend to a few unique pieces and we have been very happy with them so far. I would reccomend them, it never hurts to shop around.

The products themselves were great. The service, on the other hand, was another story. We waited in line for at least 20 minutes to purchase a shirt while the cashier chatted away with a supposed long-time customer. She didn't even apologize when she was done. Probably won't be coming back here again.

Beautiful selection, unfortunately I did not buy anything because the lady kept hovering over me like I was going to steal something. I know I look young and that may equate to no money, but that's not true. I was ready to spend and sadly I noticed everything I touched she would check to make sure it wasn't stolen. When I asked questions she would brush me off and act like she didn't want me to touch the product. I even asked if she had more sizes in a ring and she barely looked. I did not appreciate the judgemental environment.

I've never had a GOOD experience at this location so I should have waited to have my ring inspected until I could make it to north town. The staff is unhelpful, pushy, and condescending. I'll have my ring cleaned exclusively at other locations from now on.

Worst experience at a Kay jewelers ever! Horrible customer service, extremely nieve, liars, and absolutely no knowledge of what they are doing. Do not waste your time with these ignorant people.

Walked in flusted after a terrible Forever21 experience and not exactly happy with my purchase from Macys. The blonde girl (Alexis? or Ashley?) was so friendly and attentive to my needs. Tons of compliments and a genuine interest in my needs. So happy I stopped in... made my shopping experience worth it.

I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and the sales lady never acknowledged me! She's literally standing in front of me. Not where I'd make my diamond purchase if you want service after purchase.

When I went in to buy a ring on Nov 26 2018 I had Ben working with one nice lady who knew I was a disabled veteran who lives off of 1000 a month but she had to go home after that the girl who took over was horrible at explaining the payments prior we had Ben talking 80-90 dollar monthly payments so we get denied so she says we can use your bank she told us what they would be charging us 80 what she forgot mention is that it's twise a month so now my family is soon to be homeless honestly becouse of this my whole experience in getting engaged has ben tainted had to cancel and move the wedding thanks kay's I'll up date this if things change but I doubt they will for more than likely they don't care who they affect as long as they get their $$$$ the worst part is we have 4 little girls that a now we all have to sleep in a van now it was saposed to be a special time for me and my fiance now it's a nightmare

Customer Service and Selection are both of a five star caliber! So I had about an hour before needing to be at work, in desperate need of a pastel colored dress for a wedding in Mexico, a trip that I was leaving for the following morning. I waited until the last minute and cruised down to the mall to try my luck. I'm not a shopper and do not enjoy the process, but I can usually find something at Urban albeit the ridiculous prices. I stumbled into Francesca's before heading there and saw a purple floral dress that might have worked, and I thought it read 60% off. I misread the ad and it was actually buy one get one 60% off. Anyhow, this super nice lady clarified the deal for me and I wasn't too polite and scoffed, saying I'd head to Urban and try my luck there. Not proud of my attitude. Urban had nothing. I did two full laps and couldn't find anything even close. So in a desperate, final attempt to find something super last minute I walked back to Francesca's and was still greeted with warmth and kindness from Hannah, an exemplary employee of the store. I chose the purple dress which I would probably never wear again but was right for the occasion, priced at about $50 which was reasonable for the quality and market of such items. As I was about to try on something I knew I would only wear once, Hannah politely commented that she thought she may have found something, as I had kind of given her the rundown of what I needed the first time. And let me tell you, it was perfect. A powder blue dress that was elegant yet beachy, perfect for not just this occasion, but for summer brunches, rooftop parties, fancier gatherings and cocktail parties. I'm always trying to size up for some reason but she encouraged a small was the right fit for me and I tried it on and loved it! I had awkward black socks on and my work shoes and my legs were hairy so it was hard to imagine the whole look, but Hannah went above and beyond asking the style of shoe I was wearing and found an exact replica for me to pair with my dress in store to get the full look, it was perfect. And even after I was a bit short with her at first, she still showed me so much kindness, attention and literally made my last minute miracle come to life. She personally checked me out at the register and walked around the counter to hand me my perfect dress and give me a super warm hug, which was the highlight of my day. What a woman. I highly recommend this posh little boutique first for their excellent staff and customer service and second for the adorable pieces in store. Having someone listen to your needs and help you with such attention to detail is truly a gift. Hannah! Thank you so much again girl, you freaking rock.
