My wife and I get our rings cleaned everyone we go to the mall and they never charge us. Recently bought a beautiful watch and after I noticed a mistake on the billing I brought it back and they fixed it right on the spot. An awesome place to purchase great items. Wonderful customer service.

Amazing staff. Vivian, Nancy, and the sweet other associate whose name I didn't quite catch, are amazing. The staff is very friendly and the store has a wonderful vibe. They seem to actually like each other and it was adorable to hear them gush about the new products in store while I was in the dressing room. They are also just super helpful! I needed to find a green dress for a concert and they were great at helping me find something. Plus, when I wanted something for work. Overall, they are beyond friendly and very genuine. 10/10 would shop there again! P.S. did I mention the clothes are super cute with great jewelry and baubles?

Very rude staff, my four year old ask one of the girls a silly question and she just gave her a nasty look and walked away ignoring when I talked to her. Was gonna buy a few pairs of shoes but after that decided to just leave the store. Is a shame that such good product is sold by such rude and nasty people.

Me and my Wife took her ring repaired they told us it would be repaired by a certain date and that we would be contacted we were never contacted so i called back they didn't even know that they had her ring in for repair also never even sent it out nobody wanted to take responsibility and it took three weeks to even get her ring back even though i told them to not to proceed with the repair since it was not even started they still after making me wait to receive her ring tried to send it out for repair and we had to wait another two weeks to get it back in the end with no repair we waited five weeks awful service!! no trust in the staff there
