Very informative people but not much of a selection for rings

I don’t know jewelry very well, and so I was a little intimidated by going in to look at rings. Naheed put my worries to rest and was extremely knowledgeable and helped my boyfriend and I pick out the perfect engagement ring that was in our price range! I visited a number of jewelers before I found Nathan Alan Jewelers in Newport Beach, CA. I was looking to replace a designer wedding band I had worn for years but unfortunately had lost. The staff found a close match in their catalog of designs (which others had not been able to do) and indicated they could make the platinum and 18kt yellow gold “braided” style ring in a few weeks. Michael and others exceeded my expectations for both quality and custom met service—and I’m completely satisfied with my whole experience with Nathan Alan. My ring was completed ahead of schedule and shipped to me overnight. The staff even called to make sure I had received the ring okay, and it had met my expectations. I am delighted with the ring—which actually looks and feels better than the original. Thank you all so much! FJH

My wife ordered my tungsten wedding band here in a size 7.5. After our wedding day, I noticed that the ring was a bit loose and so we went into the store to measure the ring size. It's a size 8. Because tungsten rings can't be resized I would have hoped Ben Bridge would have conducted a quality control check on something as important as wedding ring, but nope, no such luck. When discussing my options with the sales associates, instead of admitting to the mistake, they suggested that I eat more salt or gain some weight so I could fit the ring better; or, I could buy a new ring. So because of their mistake, I get insulted for my size or I get to increase their sales with a new purchase? Yes, that is the Ben Bridge way. I wonder if the ring was sized too small if they would have told me to go exercise to shed some pounds. I will not be going back to this store and have lost faith in the brand. My advise is to shop elsewhere unless you want a bad experience.

As long as you ladies “look the part” the staff here are mostly awesome. If you look frumpy or disheveled don’t even bother, though, they’ll ignore you like last year’s shoes. Some are just horrible people among the staff too, I mean, I even heard one stole some guys credit card number and rang up a bunch of stuff on it! Still, it is Chanel, if you know what I mean. They have ALL the latest and greatest fashion trends.

I usually do not leave reviews, however I am quite livid at what has transpired just today. My wife purchased my wedding ring last year for our wedding, loved the ring everything was great. It was damaged and they had very good customer service in terms of helping me find another ring that was similar or upgrading so we were happy. We went into look and sales person Lindsay helped us. We had our daughter with us the first time and she was enamored with her. Come a week later new rings were shipped in for me to try on and last night (4/21/16) purchased a ring that was considerably more then the one we had initially purchased. She asked where our baby was I told her at home sleep my neighbor was watching her plus I have the baby monitor if I needed to get home quickly as we live very close by I could get home if things got out of hand we needed to be quick because I did not want to be gone for long (some how she totally didn't understand which will bring me to the problem). Come today (4/22/16) I tried to put the ring on and it will not fit at all. Granted Fingers swell however I could not even get it passed my knuckle. No big deal I call to see about getting a 7.5 they do not have it. I call corporate to have them track one down for me. Corporate was able to obtain one and had Lindsey called to notify the ring was in. Lindsey proceeded to leave me a voice mail message to let me know they had the ring and I could come swap out the ring I had. Funny thing is she forgot to hang up the phone...As I listen to the message she then proceeds to say very negative things about my wife and I. How we are horrible parents we left our kid at home by herself sleep and watching her from the baby monitor - which obviously was not the case. Not to mention how annoying we are that she has to deal with the ring situation - even though she recommended a smaller size. The customer service is atrocious and I am appalled that they allow this from their representatives. I will be taking this to Corporate to get it rectified ASAP.

I had an exceptional shopping experience at my last visit at the Bvlgari Boutique, South Coast Plaza location. Purchasing 3 special order Bzero1 rings from Jacqueline was a treat & assisted by Nicole on another visit when I also picked up the beautiful (& heavy) 18K Bzero1 bangle bracelet as a gift. Both women oozing professionalism, knowledge and class as they attended me in a very 'high-touch' manner. This beautiful, relaxed store stands out against many others and the service was indeed memorable. Highly recommended.
