I needed someone to cut my wedding ring off my finger because of swelling I was experiencing after a surgery. I'd seen 2 Sisters when driving by it every day after work; so I called for help and Deborah Hughes came to my rescue. She said she'd never seen a ring so tight. After saving my finger from certain death she kept it safe for me & when I had the extra cash they rebuilt my ring to fit my larger finger(32 yrs of marriage), they also gave me a new head for my diamond. I knew then that I could trust her; but what really showed me how much she cared about me was when I managed to mess up my wedding ring 2 months later...It was a Sunday & I looked down at my ring to find it my dismond and it's new head gone & not knowing when this happened I didn't know where to start looking, so I looked everywhere but mostly I cried all of that day and never found my diamond or the head. On Tuesday I took my ring into 2 Sisters not knowing what she would do for me...To my Suprise she was an Angel! She felt so bac that I lost my diamond & she told me that she would make it all better and promised me she would replace my diamond and head within a week. Today it was one week and Deborah called me & I raced down to her store to find out that she had replaced my silly little diamond with one of her personal diamonds; and believe me it is soooo much better than the one I lost. I will never be able to thank her enough, what she did for me just doesn't happen anymore. She has restored my faith in womenkind again!!! Sincerely, Pam Sewell

Great family business. They were able to work with my schedule and my wife was thrilled with her new ring. They have a collection you will not see in the stores. Great for people with a vintage style or good taste. :)

Absolutely horrible. I ordered online and never received a call that my items were in. After no notification for 3 weeks I went to the store to find out if it had come in as I had called after one week and then again after two weeks and was told it hadn't arrived yet. This was not the end of my ordeal. I took my order home as the shorts were the identical style and size I have at home. Not thinking i washed 2 of them in cold water as jeans tend to bleed and hung to dry. I went to wear them and they didn't fit at all like my first pair. They were also lower quality. I went to return my third unwashed pair, still in sealed package but my shipping bag didn't have any packing slip in it so I brought in the only email receipt I had from PayPal. It had all of the rickis info on it and the prices I paid with item numbers that matched the shorts. I was told this receipt wasn't good enough. It was the only one I had got. The associate also stated she had never heard of this happening before and implied I was lying. She was the one who had given me my package when I came to pick it up. They offered me the current retail price (half of what I paid) on a gift card. Total baloney! What a bunch of thieves and scam artists. I was given a number to call, which of course is closed and I only have a limited return window left. I will NEVER shop here again. Rest assured I have also let all my friends and family know and trust me when I say rickis will be losing a lot of business. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal. This isn't right. Shame on you Rickis!

One of the Staff seems annoyed when you go in the store. Especially when trying out dresses, seems almost angry like slamming the dresses into the changing room when asked if I could try it on. And when I was done, she just snatched the dress from the rack the second i put it in the changing room rack. It was sooo uncomfortable. There was a nice lady when we went in, but she disappeared and the angry one was left with us. I wanted to try on more dresses bec I needed to buy one fast, but once she started following me every step while looking at dresses, my introverted anxious self couldn't handle the pressure hahahaha and ended up just leaving
