The staff are always friendly. I'm a university student, and I appreciate that they treat me well, unlike the other professional clothes stores at this mall.

Decent place

Sounds nice never been

Unbelievable customer service. There are 3 sales in store, none of them greeted us and we had to look for help. It’s almost make me feel like we have to beg them for buying products. I will not give them any business in future.People only give business to whoever work hard and knows to respect customers.

Staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly patient and helpful. I have purchased jewelry from them on multiple occasions and have always received wonderful service! Prices are fair and jewelry is quality. Selection is vast for such a tiny cart. I have very picky skin when it comes to piercings and I have never had a problem with any of their products.

no one answered my phone call. called 3 times today, fist call ringing for 3 mins, second and third get hung up with no answer. I would like to give 0 star but system not allowed

Grate people. They know that they are doing. And very helpful. Very professional and love what they do. They give great advice. Definitely recommend Highland shoppe to everyone.

A cute little store I found while strolling through market mall so I decided to stop by really quick. Although the store was a little busy compared to the amount of workers it had, Nabila took the time to greet me and ask how my day is. As I was walking around, I had a couple questions regarding the products and such and Nabila was very knowledgeable and I felt very satisfied with the service I had received. Although I wasn’t planning on buying anything, I walked out with a bag full of goodies and would definitely drop by again!

The staff are very helpful, and wonderfully friendly.

Awesome customer service! I went to S.S. Goldsmithing to get a sterling silver ring with an emerald stone repaired. Salvatore is an experienced goldsmith and is very knowledgeable He repaired the ring immediately and the price was great. Highly recommended! Thanks again from Rick.

Sako Design customized my engagement ring in 2014. I fell in love with it when "the ring of my dreams" was done, a very luxurious piece. I get so many compliments!!!! He provided a very professional service, I appreciate all of the dedication, creation, communication and delivered on time. He provides an excellent customer care. I totally recommend him!

The negative review regarding "white people" is racist and without merit. Micah Gallery has supported First Nations initiatives, artists and various organizations for more than 20 years. The support facilitated by galleries who inventory First Nations Artistry provides the preservation of almost-lost art forms and assists in educating people of their proud history, traditions and culture. The reputation of Micah Gallery is exceptional among Calgary's retail industry and is regarded as a cultural benifit to the community. The owners have donated both time and money in support of First Nations organizations and initiatives and their Native artists have found financial security by way of having access to the broader market that only a gallery can provide. References to Calgary as a haven of misfits is ludicrous. The negative review is clearly from a biased and ignorant individual.

Ok so I went there cause it said their was a big sale and when we went we asked the girl there a few questions and she got mad and gave attitude so we left instantly and if I had i choice I wouldn’t even give them 1 star

Good customer service best prices

Loved the service! Within minutes we all had such great laughs, I didn't catch the ladies name but she was very personable & was able to answer most of my questions about the ring I had purchased and my own that I didn't know much about! Very informative!
