Very helpful. Quick. Won't bullshit you for a little business. Actually talked me out of an expensive repair on a really old omega saying it wasn't worth it.

Took a wedding set in, one of the diamonds was lose, they told me had to reset for a $100.00 took it to jewerly repair same mall for $10.00 want to make money off me, your crazy....

One of the first places I went when I started looking for an engagement ring. Lupe was the one that helped me I told her I was very early in my search and told her what I was looking for. Saw a Vera wang collection ring that I liked. She let me know it was actually on sale but it was the only one left and they where not getting anymore. So I should take it so I wouldn't loose out on it and the sale price. I was reluctant it was one of the only stores I had visited, but I did like the ring. I let her know what I thought and she said let's ring you up and if you don't like it you have 60 days to change your mind! I told her no commitment? No re stocking fee? No penalties? She said NOPE you are fine if you find anything you like better just let me know and we will return it but I am confident you will not find anything better! So I took it. They ran my credit no problem all was good she added a warranty that cost $150 I didn't mind I think it's worth it. Especially for how much the rings are. So I did keep looking and go figure I found something else I liked more. Not because it was cheaper it was actually twice as much as the one at zales! So I call Lupe and let her know what was going on. She gave me a weird answer she told me to go in on the 20th? Then she tells me I would not get the $150 back because they had already resized it? Now why would they do that if someone has 60 days to return a product I never told them I was in a hurry or needed it. I told them I was barely looking. They where actually going to store it there if I kept it until the big day!! So then she told me she would call me that Saturday after she spoke to her manager to see if they where going to charge me the $150? She called me that Saturday and asked me what I was going to do? Excuse me what I'm going to do? I told her return the ring. She tells me again I would have to pay the $150. That's when I just asked to speak with her manager myself she said ok I'm going to send the ring back to get sized to the original size when it's back I will call you and set up an appointment with my manager so you can talk to him then. That's not what I asked for. She seemed to just want to make a sale then hoping the ring would not come back I told her I was in the early stages. She took it upon herself to get it sized. To send it back and never let me talk to the manager. So here is this review be warned. I will take it upon myself now to go to the store to talk to the manager and get this fixed. At this point I don't trust her or Zales. It seems like they want to drag this on until the 60 days are up so I can't return it. I don't trust Zales.

Passing through Bakersfield I thought I'd Google "silver and turquoise". Don Lucas hit and I beelined to their HQ and shop on Oak Street. I was greeted by Lindsay and she showed me a few pieces. I didn't see anything I wanted until I asked her if she had any men's rings hidden in the back. Stroke of luck, she pulled out a whopping gorgeous ring. Unfortunately the band was too small for my finger BUT...another stroke of luck, they have 2 people on site that can resize on the spot. It was stretched to a 13 for me. I also wanted it re polished and that wasn't an issue either. They were very good to me on the cost and we struck a deal that I'm very happy with and I'm very happy with the ring as well. It's got great detail, workmanship and is very heavy due to the 30mm x 22mm Sleeping Beauty turquoise stone. Based on this experience I can highly recommend Don Lucas.

been hinting (and I use hinting generously as there has been nothing subtle about these “hints”) that she wants a new Chanel bag for her birthday. Although I find the concept of designer bags to be a bit silly, I decided to oblige her because, you know, happy wife happy life.   I went in to the Chanel store and was greeted by a friendly young lady who was more than willing to help me out. After talking to me about some of the different styles and what’s trendy right now, I ended up finding the perfect pattern and size and I think the Mrs. is going to love!!

Was searching for the perfect star ⭐️ shaped diamond earrings. JB Diamonds 💎 had the perfect design and completely original diamond shape. ❤️ my new earrings!

We had a wonderful experience at Traditional Jewelers, Newport Beach. Milca was very helpful. She got us the Rolex Sub in a month and it would have taken other stores 3-6 months to get it. We are very pleased with her service. Thanks Milca!

This is a store for women that my GF loves. She goes here to get jewelery for her outfits. There's a lot of girl power going on here... Rainbows, unicorns, play on word wine cups... Etc not exactly my kind of store, but then again I'm not a girl so this review is purely based on my GF to the store which seems to be very positive indeed... I guess keep up the good work ? And unicorns?

I have been to many of the world’s finest jewlery stores and I must conclude that this was at the top of the list. The service was excellent as when I walked in the doors, they greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to cater to my needs. In addition, the supply options were endless with top jewlery brands from Europe at an affordable pricing with high quality. Definitely should visit if you are looking to buy that something for the one you love!
