I worked with Ruthie over at Gail to get my engagement ring. Not only did the ring look spectacular, but Ruthie was a pleasure to work with. I went to all the big box name brand stores first and felt like I was dealing with a bunch of commission starved used car salesmen who had no interest in what I wanted. Ruthie listened intently to what I was looking for and was incredibly helpful in explaining all the nuances of buying rings and diamonds. She was never pushy, and never tried to steer me towards something. I will be getting all Jewelry here going forward.

This place rules! I got myself a brand new watch here that has a timeless quality about it, and runs perfectly! Granddad also got his old keeper fixed here and now it looks and runs like new! Great customer service!

Prices aren't that different from the actual store

I went in yesterday to buy some dress pants and a ladies business suit for my job and I loved the inventory they have available! The prices are competitive too! The staff were professional and quite lovely to interact with. So I also ended up buying a Prada bag for myself because the store was so clean and professional, which I really appreciated. The deals they have on clearance are a steal so check it out!

If I could give zero I would, not only is this place a rip off they are such a fraud the owner said the diamond I was getting was appraised at 12k so I trusted her I took the so called diamond to another jeweler it wasn’t even worth $200.00 and it had an inclusion. Do not believe what they tell you here! It’s all BS. It’s sad that they are ok with ripping people off, how do they sleep at night? Honestly!
