Terrible customer service. The tall female sales refused to let me return in store. She made up the return policy that they can't accept online sales items. I read the policy after I came home and it was not stated anywhere. All online purchases expect personalized items and final sale can be returned in any store. And my item is not a personalized item or final sale. She even told me to keep it despite I told her the item doesn't fit. I have not experienced this in any store.

My mother and I went to a different local pawn shop with a set of wedding rings, the other pawn shop offered us $65-$85... We declined the offer and went to mark next, we told him about our story and he was out ragged, he offered us 3X the amount this other store did. Mark was not playing games with us and was very educational. Great business man, i highly recommend

This place is horrible.. and the corporate office is no help what so ever.. I will never shop at a Zales store EVER AGAIN... FYI.. the life time Dimond warranty is a joke it's just a way for them to take more money from you..

Is. Not. Good. Store

Terrible. Any other Daniels accepts returns from other Daniels. Had the Daniels location I bought an item from call this location and even then they weren't taking the item back.
