Master artist! I've taken numerous repairs, sizings, etc. to Gold 'N Silver for many years; all work was always done expertly and quickly, and Ron and Kelly are ALWAYS so nice, accommodating and gracious. Recently I worked with them to design a mother's ring, because I disliked the traditional pieces out there. Using my very rough sketch, and discussion ideas, Ron hand-created a custom trio of incredibly beautiful and top-quality pieces--the most amazing pieces of jewelry I've seen--and I've seen plenty, from independent artisans to Tiffany. I was blown away, and they were so pleased, proud and happy, too. They are experts in their field and just such sincere, honest and great people. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Went in to browse. Was looking for gifts for my daughter and found a very nice item which was priced at $70, I thought this was a little high so I asked if there was a possibility of a discount, it was a simple question and the lady I asked (who it seems was an owner or manager?) said, and I quote "we don't barter here" Well...she first of all she obviously has no idea what the word barter means, I was not looking to exchange services for goods, (as the word barter means) just asking if there was a possibility of a discount. I bought the item anyways and went on my way, but will never go back, her attitude was that crappy, and reading other reviews I can see that the same type of attitude has happened to others. There are other great stores on 5th St that sell the same types of things, spend your dollars there instead.

Love their jewelry!! Nicest people as well.

Many delays and excuses when having a diamond added to a ring and having it resized. The end result was very poor quality. Even though the owner was given plenty of time and knew of our engagement plans the ring was still not ready on time. We ended up using a different ring. When we did finally get the ring it wasn't even round. It was a lopsided loop with many burrs and sharp edges that should have been cleaned up. I will never shop there again.

What fantastic service! I tried to find a place close to my job, and went because of all the positive reviews. I went in to change batteries for my Michael kors watches. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Great, cheap, friendly service. Highly recommend in the area!!!!!!

My experience with Princess Bride Diamonds was exceptional! Lisa, the owner, is fabulous to work with and I love returning to the store just to see her and feel her positive energy! In addition to their gorgeous individually crafted jewelry designs, they offer a complimentary jewelry cleaning as often "as you wish" ;) I would give this store a 6 out of 5 stars!
