The jewelrys are old, and the sales lady is a rude. She doesn't know how to treat customers, and insulted me when I didn't agree how she was charging the price. Run the other way if u don't want to ge robbed.

People are very nice and experienced. The gold and white gold is in great taste.. reasonable prices (considering it is jewelry). The manager is so nice. I bought 4 rings there and each time i've been there the people there were so nice.

The story behind the poor rating: _____________________________________________________________________________ I was looking for a anniversary gift for my wife at this shop. I bought her a pure silver necklace and pendant. The shop owner (Indian Male) was nice enough when I purchased it. However, after I gifted it my wife she opened the box looked at it and had put it away in the same box I bought it in. 2-3 months later she decides to open that box up and try on the necklace. --- the necklace was rusted ---- Surprised by what happened. She took it back to the store. --- here is where it gets bad --- The shop owner tell my wife, the necklace is not rusted it is dirty because she doesn't shower properly! My wife was completely insulted of course as anyone would be. She stayed calm (some how) and explained she never even tried on the necklace. The shop owner tell her she a lair and only there to con him out of money? At this point he starts yelling at her using vulgar language. --- My thought what kinda of business owner does this? -- Answer: Someone in fear reacts in this type of behavior. Fear of cheating someone? At this point, who cares about the necklace. This shop owner thinks he can disrespect people not fighting back; he is a immoral person. ____________________________________________________________________________ I can't expression it enough STAY AWAY. Shop anywhere else but here. Imagine if this was your wife, sister, mother, daughter being treated this way.

I have had dealings with J. Austin and Company for many years and have always been treated exceptionally. I have found the owners and staff to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This is a company with unflinching integrity. I highly recommend there services.

I initially found Simone & Son through Yelp and because they had nearly the highest reviews I decided to take my ring in and have a diamond replaced that had fallen out. Angela as well as the other employees there were so warm and welcoming (and I might add hilarious- you can tell they really enjoy each other and have a great time doing what they do) and they did a wonderful job replacing the stone and cleaning up my ring. I had such a great experience I brought back another piece of jewelry for them to work on. They do everything there (like make their own jewelry) and are definitely great people to do business with. I am so glad I found them!

This is in response to Bobby Lyle, I offered to refund your $ since you somehow got upset that I charged you sales tax. It's the law, not me that keeps your sales tax. Overcharge? I lowered my asking price of my bezel by $50 to offset my asking price and you still were not satisfied. I spent over an hour helping and educating you on watches, straps, dials and bezels. I even let you try on the bezel outside the store in natural sunlight w/o payment. When you had left us the watch to have the bezel installed when you went to the bank, I had told you plus tax on your credit card. The difference in question is $6, please feel free stop by the store and I will gladly you refund you the $. My eBay feedback is 100% and my Yelp reviews are outstanding.

The girls are always so very nice to me, the company needs to lower the prices in that stuff though. If the prices were lower more people could afford to come in and spend some money, and then they would come back again. But the employees are so sweet and nice, definitely A+ customer service.
