We went to get my daughter's ears pierced and, honestly, we were actually on our way to the piercing pagoda right outside the store when we saw a woman with a big hat piercing a girl's ears right in the window of Icing. I could tell just by looking at the woman doing the piercing that she had a better vibe than the two women at piercing pagoda so we went there instead. I had a very nervous 8 year old. She had already had her ears pierced before with a piercing gun and it never quite healed so I wasn't really thrilled about doing it again, even at a different place. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman who pierced her ears (Katherine) was SOOO welcoming and spent at least 15 minutes talking to my daughter and encouraging her that my daughter felt comfortable. Right off the bat, Katherine talked to my daughter like a fun friend. She even recognized the plush animal she had taken with her. Anyway, long story short, this woman was amazing. She said and did so many things just to make my daughter laugh and ease her nerves. Yes my daughter did cry a little right before but it was so quick and nearly painless. Very satisfied. Would recommend for any parents taking their kids to get pierced ears.

This is the worst Pandora store ever! I usually shop at the del amo store and they're nothing but friendly heir, but at the Cerritos one they were so rude and they took forever to even bother to tell me that they would be with me in a second. The workers their spend most of their time arguing with who gets to go on break!!!! Get it together Cerritos Pandora!

I was 2 days past their 10 day return policy and they wouldn't make any exception. If I wasn't out of town at the time that I gave my wife her earrings then I would have made it on time. No compassion or understanding. Don't bother with this place. There are plenty of less expensive jewlers in the Cerritos mall. Oh the reason I had to return them was my wife had an identical pair, I am just a husband how was I suppsed to know.

Such an awesome experience here at Kevin’s Jewelers!!! Kayla and the manager were so kind, friendly, and accommodating! They were so helpful to me, I really appreciate their generosity. I purchased a diamond cross necklace from them, will definitely be back in the future if I want to buy any more jewelry.

Came into the store to drop off my ring because two small diamond fell off. And it seemed like I was rushed out of there. The manager Told me it would take a month to get back. Then I had inquired about getting a second wedding band which she forgot to help me, so a different sales person helped me but told me I couldn't use my coupon because it was 1 cent off, I've used the same coupon for another item that was the same price at the Glendale zales. Which is where I purchased before. Horrible customer service I'll just have to drive the extra distance
