My daughter attends the after school care/summer camp program and both her, my youngest daughter and I attend Tae Kwon Do classes here. They provide a variety of activities for the kids to do during the day and after school including TaeKwonDo, yoga, dance, chess, field trips, crafts and more. The Masters and Instructors are very helpful and knowledgable and we look forward to our classes each week.

Great gym, and great people. I have been working out with Cara for 6 months. She is very motivation, and fun to work with. Very pleasant and friendly but always makes sure I get a great work out and ensures results!

I have studied in a few different schools, under various techers, but none has ever come close to sifu! The class here is real friendly, and really a great training and learning environment. I love it here!

My family spent 3 years training at Palmisano's. Unfortunately, we had to move to another state or we would still be training there. Mr. and Mrs. P have been great mentors and friends to us and we miss our family there immensely. On a personal note, as a 36 year old man I lost over 20lbs training there, so it is legit!

I recently had the opportunity to attend the jo nage seminar at Castle Rock Aikido with Joel Nakamura-sensei. The industrial, storefront facade of the building belies the simple, yet traditional, training hall within...all the trappings of a first-rate dojo! The lighting and acoustics were more than adequate to see and hear the guest instructor, and the ample mat area allowed us to train safely in groups large and small. The Castle Rock Aikido staff accommodated attendees graciously, and the dojo's regular students exemplified the spirit of aikido in their manner of training. Thanks for a great experience, looking forward to the next seminar!

My teen son wanted to do some marital arts, but did not want to do fighting style. Luckily, we found Sensei Tom and aikido. He is calm, and teaches in a relaxed manor. He teaches how to use balance and momentum to defend oneself. It's a good mix of stretching and physical training. There are classes for children, women, and teens and adults are in one class. They also have yoga classes with Sensei Cindy. It's conveniently located to Otis Orchards, Liberty Lake, and Post Falls.

I began my martial arts training in the art of Taekwondo with Master Jerry Sponseller over 15 years ago. It is thanks to Master Sponseller that I am the martial artist that I am today. He was a champion competitor in his younger days, and is a wonderful teacher now. He is absolutely wonderful with children and is an inspiration to keep training.

I'd wanted to get into some sort of martial arts for a little while, but had put it off because I thought there'd be a lot of pissing contests and egos. CJJ couldn't be farther from that. I've been to four classes so far, and everyone's been very welcoming and very willing to teach and help me learn. It's a great environment. Highly recommend.

My son takes karate here and he loves coming to class every time! The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and courteous. BRMAA teaches more than just karate moves - they teach social skills like respect, responsibility, and charity and life skills - how to focus, and physical skills - like balance and exercise.

This is one of the most impressive shows of skill, knowledge, and over all spirt I've ever seen in any instructive course. This is not just a lifeless karate class, and that's obvious just from a 1 minute video.

My son is 5 years old and he absolutely loves his karate class with impact martial arts. Mr. Jordan is an amazing instructor. He keeps the kids motivated and teach them discipline and respect while having a blast in a fun class. They offer classes every day for 30 minutes which makes it super convenient for working moms. They also offer you the choice to workout next door at impact strong while your kid is in class. I have tried so many different studios and activities for my son and this place is for sure one of a kind. I highly recommend it.

Training with Scott for the first time was an eye-opening experience that lit a flame within me and sparked a passion for the sport and desire to continue training. Scott is a very knowledgeable, technical coach who will guide you every step of the way. His love for jiu-jitsu is abundantly obvious and demonstrated through his coaching, training style, and overall presentation of the gym. I highly recommend Silverback BJJ to anyone interested in trying something new or continuing in the sport and looking for a great place to roll.

This has to be the best gym I’ve witnessed in a very long time. Hands down if your in the Fayetteville, fort Bragg, or triad area , and you grapple. Element grappling is the best no gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu gym around. Great people, good friends, and amazing vibe.
