Shuttle & Taxi

Called for a taxi 3 hours an advance, the taxi was not there on time. When I called to ask where the taxi was the man proceeded to tell me too bad he doesn't care if I am going to be late to my appointment even though I called 3 hours in advance. He stated there would be someone there to provide me a ride within 6 minutes. When I called 20 minutes later he said he isn't sending anyone, and to call someone else. Horrible customer service, and don't even show up on time or at all!

Terrible, called them 20 minutes ahead of when I wanted to leave and asked if the could promise me they'd be there and they said theu could however they never showed up

decent service but at the end of the day i was violently assaulted by the gnomes in my mind my therapist says im crazy but i blame it on the bus.

Requested a cab in 15 minutes, they said sure. 40 minutes later and it's still not here
