Shuttle & Taxi

This was my first time using Oshawa Airport Limo and it won't be my last! I chose them because of their reviews and I was not disappointed. A very professional, first class company that treats you like family and without a doubt, I highly recommend them.

Great service made our day

Prenegotiated price provided, however when arriving at airport driver did not recognize or honour what was initially quoted. We confirmed pricing twice prior to pick up. They did not specify that due to our location on Hamilton Mt. We would be charged additional fee as well as for SUV limo. Would not recommend this service due to what appears to be a cash grab, or their hidden fees, either way you cant be dishonest with your customers. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Worst experience ever. The taxi to the airport did not show up even after giving them a reminder call. This is the first time i ever had this kind of experience from a taxi company ever and I have used a number of taxi companies over the years. Nothing like these guys..try at your own risk.

poor call experience and the cab never showed up

To avoid.

Good ppl here

The drivers are great. I try to stick to route schedules. On the occasion I do have to schedule a pick up, dispatch is helpful. One problem, if I get called into work I can't get picked up without 24 hours notice. We don't typically get 24 hours notice when staff calls in sick. I'm thankful to Franklin County for this service, over all.

Great taxi company great services and great boss and management ps I'm a current driver for Hawksbury taxi

I ordered a taxi through Capital Taxi this morning and again, the online/phone service was atrocious. After texting and getting a reply saying the address was invalid, I resent using the exact format prescribed in the returned text. This address was still invalid. When I called, I was told that the address did not exist and after some discussion, a taxi was finally dispatched. I understand that the dispatch center has been moved to the Philippines. This has resulted in numerous problems for me personally based on being told that the address I need does not exist or being asked to provide an address for prominent Ottawa locations. It is not acceptable to be required to provide an address that I cannot find for a location that is well known to anyone living in the city, including the taxi drivers. Dealing with Capital is frustrating but as Capital and Blue Line are linked, I, as the client, have no options except Uber. I am trying to support the taxi industry but am finding it more and more difficult as the service being provided is worsening.

They said they didn't feel like picking me up. I was waiting 45 minutes in freezing weather then they called me just to cancel.

This is a remarkable service - we have come to depend on them for transportation between Pointe-au-Baril and Toronto Pearson. We used to rent a car, which costs a lot when it's just going to sit on the mainland. This is far better - they do the driving, you can schedule in advance, they know the best route to take - it's fantastic! Thank you, Jackie and crew!

Such kind drivers and I love how they turn the metre on after we left and not before we even drive off. Other company is terrible! So many problems but with MS taxi I've never had a problem, besides maybe once in a while I have to wait a while but I understand they can get busy at least we are not forgotten about as other company has done often. Great job guys!!

417 Bus Line Ltd. provided shuttles for our wedding guests in November 2018. They were friendly, early to pick guests up and very understanding when we changed the final pick up to earlier. Easy to work with as a company. Definitely would recommend them.

I Would like to thank Jason for the great service. Tony was our driver very responsible and caring. Infinity Limousine beat everyones prices. We had a brand Cadillac Escalade. I would use them again
