Best cab ride I have had. Ever.

It is a great cab company, amazing customer service. Weekends are busier and therefore take longer to get a cab. The people who expect a cab to be there at the snap of the finger need to realize that is an unrealistic demand. These people actually care about customers- The dispatcher followed up with my driver to make sure i was picked up. That was going above and beyond and would never happen in a larger city. People need to use common sense and stop leaving bad reviews for small businesses. If youre mad, go scream into a pillow instead of being nasty and destructive to someones buisness.

Amazing

I visited Halifax a few weeks ago and it was the first day the city saw snow. As a result, Halifax pretty much had shut down as far as public transportation was concerned. The taxi I had scheduled to get to the airport canceled on me, and I could not get another one because most drivers stayed home or were busy. While wandering around in on the streets to flag down a cab, I ran into Roger, one of the guys driving for Atlantis. While he couldn't take me to the airport, the offered to drop me off at the Westin Hotel where I had a higher chance to get a car, which I did. Best of all, Roger didn't charge me anything for the trip. This has literally been the best experience and customer service I have ever made in a taxi. Next time I'm in Halifax, I'm sure to give Atlantis a call! Cheers Michael

Great service

It’s 2018 and when I ask to pay with Visa I’m looked at like I have 5 heads. Then the visa payment system does not work (of course), and I am forced to give far more information than I should to pay by credit card. People do not use cash anymore.

Booked a pick up online for Stanfield Airport. Received a confirmation email. Driver never showed up and there was no follow up call from them.

Answered quickly. Even texted and called me to confirm a driver was on its way. Was not late. Very friendly

Booked my cab and when it arrived, car was clean and driver asked if we could pick up another passenger on the way to the airport. I was fine with this, despite the fact that it took longer to get to the airport, but he then wanted to charge us each $40 for a ride total of $80. I think this is unacceptable when the flat rate is $55, which we should have just split between the two riders. I expressed my concerns and he said the company wouldn’t let him charge less than $35 each or he would have to pay the difference out of pocket. I felt uncomfortable and scammed, whether by the company or driver, and will not be using this service again. Very unprofessional!

Great service, always on time and excellent prices i really recommend it. I that travel alot can tell you if you want a cab on time no better option tha 48 taxi
