Très bon service

Pretty sub par service for an issue not fully resolved.. Sold an incorrect bike and when we went to exchange it for the correct one was told it had to be built and would be ready next day. Went back next day and it turns out they never had the bike in stock. Money was refunded. No apology. Just told we could order the other bike and it would take about a week. -- Edit: one additional start added for final results. Bike has finally been replaced with correct one and they provided it for the price the original bike was sold at (the least they could do) and the pedals were free. Would not be my first recommendation for bikes, but otherwise the company does make good products.

This place is great if you're starting out. There's a couple of diamonds on the other side of the hill which is okay but I'm usually done skiing there in about 2hrs of doing those few. Small hill but a good time.

Great place to ski for the entire family. Full day of fun. The staff is great and make you feel like part of the family. The other guests are great as well and are always considerate. Every time we go, my kids make friends and ski with other guests. I think that is a tribute to the environment that ownership and the staff create for their guests.

Ski vorlage has one of the best ski school programs in the area. The terrain is perfect for beginner skiers, hosting steep and flat. If you are interested in the race program, ski vorlage's race club has some of the best coaches in Canada. I would highly recommend ski vorlage.

I was at Mt.St louis last saturday and couldnt help but notice A older man in a yellow jacket pointing his finger and yelling at a employee in a red jacket going on about being professional... yet watching a supervisor/superior scream at a employee in public infront of friends, coworkers, and customers was the most unprofessional thing ive ever witnessed. Please adress this issue and fix this. Massive turn off to use or work with snowhawks because of this.

Dropped in looking for a bike. I was greeted by Duncan, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Kunstadt!

Hands down the best skate shop in Ottawa. I went in last week to browse, as I want to get my son a complete set up for his birthday. They recommended several prebuilt completes that didn't break the bank. The staff was really friendly too, amd got to shoot the bull with one of the staff about skateboarding of yesteryear. Decent selection of decks, and shoes. Why shop at West 49 or Zumiez, when you can get everything you would want at Top? Support your local skate shop!

perfect for kids aged 4-10yrs. not too big and even on a sunny Sat the lineups were tolerable. bring a picnic. plenty of tables and chairs

Fun place if your really good and don't want to put up with the snobs. It's no Colorado but it's my choice place on this side of the state. Not for stick dodgers.

Great people. Fair prices, especially for a local shop. Not a chain store so it's a small selection. Definitely check these guys first though, cause relationships with local small business owners will even out the difference in the long run.
