Mt. Baldy was a small but well-equipped and well-priced establishment that has a small family-owned feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, lessons were affordable and included rentals and the instructors were patient. We had a great time as a family. They have helmets and everything else you could need.

Not just a ski resort! Food fun, lodging. Many activities year round here. The bar and fish fry very choice.

I like Zumiez simply because it's the only place in Watertown that sells snowboarding gear. If it weren't for that I wouldn't frequent here as often. The workers in the store seem to avoid conversation with customers like we have a sickness they can catch. There isn't a huge inventory of snowboards that Zumiez has available in the store but you can have stuff shipped to the store which is pretty fast and convenient. The clothes they sell are trendy with the younger adult age group.

I love that this place is in our town. So much for kids and adults of all ages to do!

Can only speak from a customer service aspect but they were so welcoming and accommodating to us. My son and niece booked in for a lesson and loved it so much we did another hour and are now buying seasons passes. The kids learned so much from their dedicated instructors who's patients and knowledge was proven in our childs confidence and ability after only two lessons. Thank you Sir Sams! You made my child into a lover of winter sports

I went with a list of things that I wanted for my new bike and he had it picked out within 30 seconds. I love my new bike and it just happened to be on sale at an amazing price. Everything I bought there today was reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and super nice. I highly recommend stopping by this store while you’re bike shopping.

If you need a quick tunning of you ski's before hitting the slopes, this is your place. 50$ and 15mins later your skis are sharpened. Fast service.

We have visited Hardwood on many occasions and it's always been a great time! There is lots to do year-round and their staff is absolutely amazing. The grounds are maintained and kept nicely, definitely worth the trip.

Love the bike trails and also attending all the various demo days hosted at Hardwood.

Rented a road bike for a long weekend. Service by the staff was professional and kind, with quick e-mail response and helpful phone service beforehand. The bikes are in very good condition, and next to the helmet enought stuff is included to help you with small problems on a road like a flat tire. I would recommend you bring your own pedals and cycling shoes, as the bike is equipped with flat pedals - and you will like to be clicked in on the hilly roads. The staff were happy to put my pedals on as part of the service. They have maps to get you started on route selection, although I would recommend loading your route into an app like strava or bikegpx. TL;DR: good value, great service and a fantastic environment to ride a bike!

My wife and I were visiting family in Knoxville. We live in New York, but we were going on a ski weekend trip directly from Knoxville with family. We got our skiis tuned (they got it done in 2 days on very short notice when our shop in New York could not) and we ended up purchasing new ski boots since Alpine Ski Center had great boots at great prices and our boots were very old. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. They went the extra mile to ensure our boot heaters were transfered/secured. After skiing that trip and returning to New York, I confirmed the boots hurt my toes. I called Alpine Ski Center and asked if they could ship me one size larger. Matt Davis promptly shipped me new boots one size larger at no additional cost to me, while I return shipped the original boots. This level of customer service is unparalleled. The combination of great product at good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and incredible customer service make Alpine Ski Center the place to go for your ski needs. Highly recommended!
