Veterinarian

We had a wonderful experience here with our new puppy. Dr. was very nice and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Receptionist was very kind and pleasant too. Glad we chose to come here, very pleased.

They are a very good vet clinic. Pricey like everyone else but worth it. I would give 5 stars but both the north and westmount locations share the same phone number and most times I'm on hold until they check the westmount location where I live.

This is not just an alternative vet clinic, it's the future of alternative care. I wish all vet clinics would model after this place, it's calm, it's inviting, it's imaginative, fun and most importantly a healing experience. You lucky people of London, you have Dr.Galina at your doorstep !!!! Dr. Galina was a godsend for my special needs dog Becki when she practised in Toronto, she has brought our dear Becki back from the brinks of paralysis every time and we are eternally grateful to her. We miss her terribly and wish we could visit her more often. It's totally worth the drive. All of us - especially our two Rotties - thoroughly enjoyed our latest visit. Becki had another flare up recently and Dr.Galina put all of us at ease in no time. she was knowledgable, informative, organized and totally compassionate. It was a pleasure watching her " flying needles" ( acupuncture) into Becki with no fussing from Miss B. I think Becki is still enjoying the benefit of that treatment days later as I write this review. She seems very content which is a rarity Dr. Galina truly cares about animals and their people, if you are reading this review than you are looking for an alternative care facility, look no further, we've been to many alternative care vets over the past 25 years and Dr. Galina is one of the best in our experience. We highly recommend her and her " healing place ".

Truly cat specialists, reasonably priced, understand cat mojo and how not to degrad your furry friend. Our cat had an emotional condition that caused her to self harm. But rather than going straight to expensive meds that would alter her personality they started with advice about her home environment, which worked. They treated the cat not just the symptoms and gave her a good quality life quickly and affordably.

All the staff are amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Bonnie is an angel

They treated our pooch so nicely. Highly recommend them.

Very good for New Dog owners..made us feel comfortable ..

I visited this hospital with my dog Tuffy. I have nothing to say but the positive things about this hospital. Dr. Rupi and staff was wonderful and very professional. The vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Nothing was forced on me as I don't have a lot of money to spend. So the vet helped me to decide on which tests were absolutely necessary. The visit was well worth it. I will definitely recommend this hospital to all the pet lovers.

Look after our dog well. Quick visits.

I was very satisfied with dental surgery on my dog.. They are more reasonable than most vets .. It can be quite busy later in the day.

I love the service and Dr. Derek is so kind and prices are fair. My pup will only let Dr. Derek near her and she trust him completely and so do I. I recommend this clinic to anyone❤

A knowledgeable team of large animal veterinarians with expertise in cattle. Always very pleased with their work.

Had a bad situation with my pup last week after she got stung by a bee. Nice people here took good care of my little girl. High marks all around

Love byron animal clinic... dr Anne and dr will are amazing!! All the staff are wonderful and caring people

We took our foster Silkie chicken in for an emergency. If youve never kept or borrowed a chicken then you may know that finding a poultry vet in this area is hard. I called and was in within the hour. The secretary apologized for not getting me in sooner. We thought our chicken had broken her neck and she was having seizures every 5 minutes. When we got there he was knowledgeable and we talked in great detail about Silkies and some of the disease and concerns these chickens can have. He gave her some shots offered us advice and sent us home with our chicken we thought we were taking in only to be euthanized! Her neck was sideways and had a lump the size of a softball in it. We left with different meds and a sceduled revisit. He also.is working on a refferal to a neurological clinic at the vet university in Guelph. Since that day he has called daily to see how our chicken is doing and was even kind and patient enough to answer my daughters questions when he called. Kind kind man, talented vet, considerate staff and so reasonably priced. So now he will also be our chicken vet. He sees all our other animals before we took in this foster chicken. HUZZAH all the way for this practice. People like this make London a great place to be.
