I recently participated in a 2-day workshop at Balance: Yoga and More. The facility was absolutely perfect! Its bright, fresh, comfortable and spacious. It provided everything we needed including a cozy area for breaks. I highly recommend this space if you're looking for a comfortable, unique place to gather.

I Joined this gym in January 2014 and have lost over 20 lbs so far.It is now April 7th, 2014 Love the location and the staff are amazing. Great atmosphere. Nutritional supplements and snacks/protein powder are available to be purchased to help you with your goals along with work out clothing. The only thing that is not so great is the hours of operation. They operate only till 11 am on Sat. and are not open on Sun. which means if you are truly trying to make going to the gym a way of life you cannot alternate one day on and one day off. These hours of operation causes the member to have to double up on gym days meaning you have to go 2 days in a row to meet the 4 days a week recommended routine and can be trying for new members and a turn off for people searching for a gym. I hope they eventually operate on the same competitive hours as the rest of the gyms in Chatham as they have everything else of what it takes to make a success. I am visiting the area and need to find a place that offers yoga for someone with my abilities. The studio is not accessible, and it was embarrasing for me to try to find out information. I find the website confusing because it offers things they don't have. There is a cofee shop downstairs and I asked about how to get to the studio. They were very nice but made it clear it was a separate business. I called and got no answer. I found a studio in Brockville and one in Kingston that is much more accepting and easier to get to.

Absolutely love Steel! It’s amazing to have such a great store right here in Gananoque. Their staff are super friendly and genuinely care to help you and make sure you find what you are looking for. No other place like it in Gan. Shannon always has the best clothes! It’s a small town store woth a big city appeal!

Should not be listed as an urgent care provider. They do not serve walk ins, referred us to Kingston for management of a small laceration. Is there an urgent care provider in Gan or nearby?

As one of Chantel's mentors, I have also attended her clinic for an excellent massage treatment. Both Chantel and Tim provide excellent care.

We did the 2.5 hour cruise. It was great! Overall experience was wonderful, except they definitely need to upgrade the interior, especially the snack bar. Looks run down.. old..looks dirty. I don't think they changed the interior of the ship for over 20 years since I was last. Would highly recommend upgrading the look of the snack bar.
