Just had a fantastic Hot Yoga class! I was a little nervous at first but everyone was super friendly.

My wife and I had recently tried out Movati through the $20 dollar for 20 day promotion. The gym seemed clean and everyone seemed friendly. That was until we started to inquire about sign-up costs - We were told that if we wanted a month-to-month plan, we would each have to pay a $200 sign-up fee, in addition to 63 dollars per month + taxes. We know of two other couples which had previously signed up - month to month - a $20 dollar fee and they pay something like 58 per month. We tried to negotiate a better start-up fee but were told that there was nothing they could do, as they had to be "fair" to all other members. I'm not sure how this is fair? Anyway, we have begun our search for another gym which will offer a more reasonable rate and sign-up contract. We would have signed up at the end of the trial period if we would have been offered a similar rate to our friends. It is a decent gym, but beware of sign-up fees and rates. It would seem that everyone pays a different amount.

Joanne is very kind and friendly, and she creates a soothing environment. From the very beginning she expressed her interest in my well-being. Since I have arthris, she always makes sure to suggest yoga positions that will be beneficial.

Probably the nicest gym in Brantford. I like the hours and the gym offers many options for everyone. I mainly use the cardio machines, weights, and the Squash courts.

Excellent experience, this studio was my introduction to suspension yoga and the instructor was very helpful. The class was accessible for yogis of all levels with many variations of different poses. Would highly recommend!

I have known Charlene for a few years now. I have invited Charlene to come out to my Young Mothers Outreach groups and facilitate Yoga in Keswick and Newmarket. Charlene has been fabulous to deal with. She is very professional, engaging, calming and very respectful to the clients that I work with. Charlene has demonstrated warmth and understanding to these young mothers and their children. Charlene is able to be meet the group where they are at on that given day. Moksha yoga is perfect. It will make you fall in love with yoga. The outdoor energy exchange program is so beautiful in Montebello Park, and they always have awesome classes in their studio. Instructors are wonderful as well! It's a MUST try!

Friendly staff that loves giving high fives. Usually not very busy and everything in the gym is very clean and well organized. No shower for the men's since they've recently converted it to a co-ed club.

Great classes and the Instructors offer suggestions to help you deal with Personal Issues.

I have been going to the Yoga Body Shop for over 2 years now. I can't express how much it has changed my life for the better. Transformed me inside and out. This new yoga community, my other family has helped me become the person I always felt was there but didn't know how to access. I am physically and mentally in the best place I have ever been. What a wonderful group on instructors who each and every time teach me how to grow in my practice, to slow down, keep focus and discover. Don't rush the process, step on your mat and learn. I highly recommend the Studio for Yogis of all levels. Thank you Yoga Body Shop for changing my life for the better and helping me to grow in life and my practice. Love you guys !
