I completed my life-changing 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Markham Yoga. I have had the most authentic experience with this beautiful school and I am filled with gratitude to think of how blessed I am to have connected with my amazing peers while completing my training. This place is the most authentic experience and I have experienced many Yoga classes! Jey is an exceptional teacher with a wealth of knowledge and I will never forget our time with him. Stefani has such a rich and deep understanding of yoga philosophies beyond the standard curriculum. Her passion, love and experience is evident; I can listen to her speak for hours. Shaili is amazing at what she does, so humble and nurturing. Always willing to extend her time to her students to make sure we understand deeper into every Asana. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. They are all so very experienced, knowledgeable and exceptionally amazing at what they do! The training was extremely traditional and I definitely felt as though I got more than just the standard curriculum for YTT. Highly recommend this school if you are looking for a truly authentic experience and to delve deeper than mainstream training. Of course, Sofia is a beautiful soul who works so hard behind the scenes and ensures that all the students are comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you Markham Yoga! I am humbled to begin my own practice as a Yoga teacher and pass on the teachings of my teachers; I carry a piece of their heart and passion with me in my journey.

Moksha Yoga Markham has gone above and beyond to become and remain as the best yoga studio in Markham. The facility is constantly being cleaned in between the classes. Considering how much sweating goes on, this is particularly important to maintain proper cleanliness. Unlike the typical changeroom, the ones at this studio are spa-like. All this aside, the most important aspects are the staff and the availability of classes. All the teachers are great, and they have a lot of class times. There is even a class at 9:45pm, which accomodates people like me who finish work late. High recommendations for this place!

Great climbing gym! Dynamite route setters for bouldering and top-rope. Nice and clean, and equipment is checked for safety on a routine basis. Staff is friendly and fun.
