The gym itself is nice however, the staff is only friendly when you're signing for membership. Any other dealings with them are subpar.

A great place to meet and workout in a clean gym

I workout here on a regular basis, the staff are very nice and friendly, always willing to help, very clean and maintained, wide selection of machines and weights, low price of 10$ a month, overall a great gym.

Petr is an excellent Massage Therapist. He is thorough in his assessment and treatment and really listens to my concerns, and addresses the areas that need focus at each treatment. He is extremely professional but also very personable in his approach. As a Massage Therapist myself, I very much appreciate his deep tissue treatments to help me continue working pain free.

Tennis lessons for the kids followed by a run through the splash pad. The new washroom/change rooms are a welcome addition.

Maybe sticking to the damn hours you list on your website would have been nice. To bad Google doesn't let you rate no stars. Never will I attempt to go to your store again.

A great yoga studio with classes to suit all levels!

This is definitely not your typical bike shop you'd see in a bigger city. In addition to selling Norco bikes, Martin Cycle also sells lawn mower parts and other seemingly unrelated merchandise. However, if you need bike parts or are looking for a lower priced bike (less than $800) this place is a good alternative. I would recommend this shop for tires, tubes, handlebar grips, chains, etc. over big box stores. Don't expect to find any high end bikes here but that's not the customer base they're after.

This is a gem of a studio! Elizabeth is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable re Pilates! I am so happy to have found this studio. The classes are small but the workout is big! The vibe at Heartsong is collegial and caring. Love it.
