Tina is a beautiful soul. She is so kind and attentive. I met her this past weekend when I attended a retreat she hosted and went back today for a yoga class. She had actually come up with some ideas to accommodate me (I am recovering from a concussion) so that I could participate fully without putting any unnecessary strain on my body/brain.

I'm honestly obsessed with this gym. There is so much equipment, I haven't been able to not do a workout routine because of lack of equipment. I do a lot of plyo workouts, and I really appreciate everything Crunch has to satisfy those routines for me! And the staff is all SUPER friendly and FIT themselves. It's inspiring to see that Crunch is practicing what they preach by having a full staff that are living healthy lifestyles themselves. 5 out of 5, I recommend to all my fitness friends and fellow gym rats!
