Yoga

Alanna was a great help last night finding clothes for my 3 boys and my nephew. Lots of laughs!

Oxygen Mahogany is a total win, and I'm stoked to have found it as my new fitness home. The environment is beautiful and welcoming, the classes are diverse, and the teachers are fun, approachable + knowledgeable. I'm hooked!

I went to Anjna for karuna reiki healing of persistent heartburn. The treatments were very successful. Although I am a usui reiki master myself, the karuna vibration made the difference in my healing. I will be training with Anjna in June 2018 to deepen my knowledge and reiki skill. Thanks Anjna!

Amazing yoga studio with great teachers!

Yogadown dives so much deeper than the fitness style yoga studios that flood the market. Yogadown focuses on yoga as a lifestyle not as a workout. The physical benefits are merely an added bonus.

The Academy For Yoga Science has supported some seriously dedicated students and teachers of Tantra and Yoga. The students that graduate from the courses offered are out in the world offering some of the most complete yoga and knowledgeable yoga classes available.

I love my time at this studio. I always tried to find untraditional ways of doing yoga, but found every studio I ever went to had the same feeling. This studio makes me feel like im doing yoga in my living room! I love the yoga sculpt class to get my body into shape, and the relaxing stress melt class to put my stress aside for an hour. You won't be disappointed!

I've been going to Barre West for almost 4 months now and it has been nothing but amazing! All of the instructors are welcoming, enthusiastic, badass women who just want to help you be your best self. Each instructor has a unique style of leading classes so no class is ever the same and they are always challenging. I saw results quickly and I'm addicted!

Awesome pleace , good people, nicest owners, very good atmosphere. My wife and i loved it. Definitely recommend. P.S. loved new Keto lunch option.

I recently supported someone taking one of the classes here and my experience was fabulous! The class was engaging, and adaptive. There was something for everyone and the leader of the class was confident, friendly and approachable. I will definitely suggest to others to try a class!
