Yoga

Beautiful studio. Amazing staff with big expertise and bigger hearts. Great schedule offerings for all levels. A real gem in the heart of Windermere.

Mystical Stone Yoga Studio is a warm and welcoming environment with caring and friendly instructors including the phenomenal owner and operator, Melyssa! I love this studio and would recommend it to everyone!

Good location friendly staffs. Wish they have more classes

Got worked over but defiantly helps in the long run. Would reccomend if you have back issues

Such a great yoga studio!! Have been going there the past couple years and where I was first introduced to yoga! They have wonderful instructors and a great class schedule. Plus this studio is inclusive of all shapes, sizes, and ability. All the instructors help eagerly with modifying poses to make sure it works with your body.

This review is for the yoga studio: I really liked Tasha, the other instructors are ok. Its a bit annoying that the staff is not too friendly and the studio always smells like food.

Friday nights are awesome! Fun environment, great teacher and a good value. The shivasna is a great way to end a stressful week.

Very welcoming. Great staff and a beautiful atmosphere to learn and grow.

I've been utilizing various services at Wellness Within for many years now. The staff are amazing, from the warm welcome at the front to the professionalism from all the team members. Bonnie, the manager, is amazing and truly cares about the experience of all clients; too often a rarity with customer service these days. Keep up the amazing work to all at Wellness Within!

This yoga studio offers many different classes some of which offer focus on select areas. Great place if you are new to toga as all classes are taught at a beginner level/pace. Small classes. Very accepting of all body types or skill levels.

This is one of the better locations, in terms of staff. They don't always have the stock, because it's a smaller location, but the staff always will help you find what you are looking for. I went in for the swim pants, that weren't at any location, and I had multiple staff members help me find pants that were similar to sizing before helping me purchase the right size in the online store to be shipped to my house for free. They are incredibly friendly and cheery to help and it is why I love this location.

The class I went to ended up being quite a bit more advanced than I am I still had a great practice and did my best if you haven't practiced much Ashtanga yoga specifically or have only done Ashtanga inspired yoga or other types of yoga I recommend going with a beginner class I will be on my next visit :p small cute little studio the instructor provided some very nice adjustments and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the practice I really enjoyed the authenticity of the experience.

Love this brand and their sass associates are informative and helpful without being too pushy.

best lulu lemon out there, they were helpful for helping me find clothes, they were really helpful with my body image thank u so much

I love Bliss YogaSpa and am a regular there! The yoga is wonderful, rooms are super clean and the classes are excellent. The spa is divine. The blankets, the relaxation room, the services, all wonderful. I do manis and pedis pretty regularly and would highly suggest Emili, Brittany or Sausan. All just wonderful people who make you feel wonderful. Amazing!
