Had the pleasure of Djing at a private wedding at Silver Springs last week and must say it’s a beautiful setting with breathtaking landscapes. Excellent space for events or a private getaway. A++

Came in for a visit to cooking wood and stopped in for a workout. Great club. Will be back next time I am in town.

Looking to join this gym, because I really want to get in shape. But it seems like they don't need the business. After leaving 3 voicemails, no callback?!? Really a shame because they are the only gym for miles...

When I first walked into Jivamukti I was at a crossroads in my life. I wanted to do something physical to stay in shape but also needed something deeper. Something spiritual, I was searching for my true self and mostly for peace. That was in April. It is now August and I can honestly say this place is like a home to me. It has made me a better person in every aspect of my life, relieved my stress and anxiety as well as put me in the best shape of my life. All the teachers are there to help and guide you and Austin and Bobby are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you Jivamukti for all that you have done for me. I don’t know where I would be without you.

Honestly best gym in the Gloucester area.. The staff and all the members who go there are like a family.. Management and staff are always ready to help and that new Empowerment room is just amazing!!

Clean and tidy gym. No frills. Private and clean change/ bathrooms.

Have been a member for over two years and I love it! The workouts are always challenging and the staff is top notch.

Includes a pool, hockey arenas, gym, squash courts, dance studios and recreation rooms. Many City of Ottawa programs run out of this building. Wheelchair accessible.

Inspired By Vanda is a wonderful place. Vanda is an incredible teacher. She is very dedicated to her work and all of her clients. She is an Olympic Medalist and I trust her completely. If you are looking for somewhere for fitness/gymnastics/competitions etc then this is the place to go.

Personnel courtois et dynamique

I've been going to this location since it opened. Friendly staff, helpful trainers, and a great atmosphere. I recommend this gym over any other in the area.
